I’m Marlon Marrache, a former Police Lieutenant and retired LAPD Police Sergeant with 25 years of law enforcement experience. Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand the toughest days officers can face. I’ve worked in Internal Affairs, investigated critical incidents, and gained a unique perspective on what happens when situations escalate and every decision matters.

Now, I’m bringing that experience to you.

I’ll be breaking down critical incidents and taking you behind the scenes to examine what happened, why decisions were made, and what we can learn from them. We’ll look at the good, the bad, and the ugly — without the Hollywood version and without sugarcoating the reality of police work.

My goal is to help the public better understand these complex and often difficult situations while providing insight from someone who has lived them from the inside.

So join me as we take a closer look at the toughest moments in law enforcement.
