I’m Marlon Marrache, a 25-year law enforcement veteran. I served one year as a Police Lieutenant at a State University and 24 years as a Police Sergeant with the LAPD before retiring. As a Law Enforcement Instructor who teaches Internal Affairs and Officer-Involved Shooting Investigations, and as an expert consultant on Internal Affairs disciplinary matters, I break down police body camera videos with sharp, reactionary analysis.

You’re getting educational, informative insight into how officers are trained to think, the real tactical decisions happening in the moment, and why these situations unfold the way they do. No defending. No attacking. Just clear context grounded in hard-earned experience so you actually understand what you’re watching.

You can also tune into "The Marlon Report Critical Incidents" in which I breakdown critical incidents and find me on The Marlon Marrache Show, where I share the real stories of the men and women of law enforcement
