Sovereign Citizen National Estrada Returns to Appeal with No Pay FAIL In Court

We’re back in the 13th District Court in Kansas, for Mr Estrada’s “right to travel” plates found guilty. Now, he’s trying to appeal the case. But, hasn’t paid the fine and court cost. Judge Webster gave him 14 days to pay, after the bench trial. But, he stated he does not have the money and the case is unconstitutional. So, he wants to appeal!
