Title
Bisbee Arizona's Nightmare Cop
Description
Arizona is a formerly booming city, with its population peaking around 1910 at 20-25k people. Now its mostly abandoned since the copper mine that made it so buy shut down in 1974, with a population of about 5k people, many of whom live in fear of the local police department and it's most natorious problem, Carlos Moreno. This is not to diminish the fact that there are many others within the local government that are problems, such as officer Nash. With the popluation on the constant decline since 1975, there is little to no news coverage allowing it to become a place of hidden corruption, which is why 6 years ago Nolan With Bisbee News Network @bisbeenews decided to fill the gap and start covering local corruption. The police and local government have been less than happy with his determination to uncover and report on what Nolan sees as Bisbee's biggest curent problem, Carlos Moreno. Nolan says "he's basically a phsycopath", and after seeing multiple videos and reports of his behavior, I think one would be hard pressed to prove Nolan wrong.
