Our sovcit friend Mr. Martin is still in county jail, in Taylor, Michigan and is back in the 23rd District Court with Judge Slaven. This time, Judge Slaven hears his motions for dismissal and bond reconsideration. Both are Denied. He still questions jurisdiction, which the Judge explained how they do have jurisdiction and gets the case set for jury trial!
