Once again, Eric of the Martin family, in Taylor Michigan, is back in the 23rd District Court with Judge Slaven. This time … IN PERSON! He was appointed a public defender for all of his cases, but his defense is still all his sovcit scripts! His brother (DV Victim) is on zoom, to speak with the Victim Advocate and prosecutor. Surprise! They found out Eric is still living in the same home that both of his DV victims live. Now, public defender has withdrawn and Judge Slaven enforced his bond conditions, forcing Mr. Martin to stay elsewhere until trial… Or Else!
