School Zone Photo Radar PSA

📸 Photo Radar Coming to Two School Zones 🚸 On May 12, City Council unanimously approved installing 4 photo radar units, 2 at Highland Junior High and 2 at Eastmark High School to address speeding concerns raised by residents. ⚠️ While the cameras aren't active yet, they are currently undergoing calibration and testing—so you may see the flash go off. Once activated, there will be a 30-day grace period where only warnings will be issued to help drivers adjust. UPDATE: The newly installed speed cameras located at Highland Junior High and Eastmark High School will go live on December 5, 2025. That means on December 5th citations will be issued for speed limit violations. Slow down, protect our children, and keep everyone on the road safe!
