Maricopa County Sheriffs office investigates the crash, and clears the officer of any wrong doing, claiming that running a red light and killing someone doesn't violate any of Goodyear's policies or Arizona state laws. Goodyear police department refuses to even give me the name of the officer, and Maricopa county has not released any of the public records from the case.
