Sovereign Citizen Advice Gone Wrong - Maritime Law Defense Fail In Court

Welcome to Ingham County Court in Michigan. This case seems like the usual credit card unpaid, ends up in the hands of a collection agency. Even though you did not agree with the Collection Agency, you agreed to the original credit card and the terms within. And this is where the sovereign citizen advice takes over for the defendant. Firstly, it is NOT a Maritime Law Court. No, closing of Maritime Court is not even being considered. And claiming you never had a credit card, but when you did …. That raises a flag. The charges are local and no report of fraud, nor legal defense is given. Please, do not just take the words you find on the internet on how to get out of paying bills. The sovcit gurus have paid those search engines to come up first, so to be able to sell you their “packets” and “classes”. **Many thanks and appreciation to our channel:** *Robert Morley, Chris Kelling, Anne D, Andrea, Goddess Of Truth, Butcher Bird, Existential Angst, West Side Girl Reacts, Jason Heaton, Buddy Parker, Bubba Jeff, AstaraelDarkrahBlack, Shaughn, Tina, Detailing is fun, Emmeli H, msachar, Mad Greek of Chicago, carissaexplainsitall, Colte Stonewolfe, Michael Goodfellow, David Thorpe, Sho’Nuff, Sue Smith, Gary Tompkins* If you’d like to become a channel member, just hit the join button right next to subscribe on pc and Android (also Newer iPhones).
