Sovereign Citizen Couple Post Office FAIL

Friends, I’ve been keeping an eye on new sovcits that make themselves known on social media. This couple, Ray & Sophia, have completely gone down the rabbit hole, all the way to thinking they can mail postage free letters (over USC 39, which they do not understand)! They go to two different post offices and get the same result. And why would that be??
