Report: I was traveling north on Arch St. when I observed a 4 wheeler at the stop sign on Jennings. I activated my emergency lights and the 4 wheeler accelerated and turned down Willow Springs with speeds around 60 mph. It took several side streets before turning down a dirt trail off Hilaro Springs before Holly Springs. I terminated the pursuit then. Was a white male driver wearing black shirt and black ski mask. Passenger was a white male wearing a blue shirt.
