More Than a Parade | Grand Floral Starlight 2026

Portland Police Bureau was proud to be present throughout the route of this year’s Grand Floral Starlight Parade, supporting a safe and enjoyable event for everyone. For more than 100 years, the Rose Festival parades have been part of the fabric of Portland. Seeing families line the streets, neighbors connect, and the city come together is what makes nights like this special. We're honored to help support one of Portland's most enduring traditions and proud to help Portland be Portland. 🌹
