Sovereign Citizen National Gets Help in Michigan Court

We’re back in Washtenaw County, Michigan, with Judge Simpson. Today’s sovereign citizen national is very much a delicate case. The defendant is getting terrible sovcit national advice, from a friend who is taking advantage of him. Luckily, Judge Simpson and the Public Defender are focused on the wellness and rights of the defendant. On the first hearing, a forensic evaluation was ordered. A month later and it’s still not finished. But, a new public defender has made friends with the sovcit defendant and it looks like he will be able to help me. (As long as that sovcit friend does not try to interfere and steer him wrong).
