We’re back in Michigan, with our sovcit friend Mr. Martin! He’s motioned Judge Slaven’s court for a court appointed attorney, but does not want to agree the court has jurisdiction and has proven it, already. Turns out, all he wanted the PD for, is to be his secretary and make copies for him. Judge Slaven cuts through the sovcit tactics and appoints a new public defender to be with him at his trial on Tuesday! (That will be one case, out of three, we can finally move on from).
