We check in on the opening case, where the defendant decided he never agreed with this “plea deal”. Then, onto Michigan for a newcomer sovereign citizen. He chooses to pay his “fixit” ticket, but is fighting the needing a license to drive! Yet, his history and testimony shows he has held a drivers license most of his life. The judge brings it down to reality and gives the sovcit his chance to get his license back and step away from the nonsense sovcit stuff. We shall see what happens, upon review.
