We’re back in Taylor, Michigan at the 23rd District Court and Judge Slaven with our sovcit pal Mr. Martin, for his jury trial on his Driving While Revoked misdemeanor charge. He has two other charges that will be taken care of after the jury leave the court. And now, it’s opening statements and prosecutors witness. We’re taking in this trial one 45 minute block at a time. So, this … is part one … of the jury trial. Jurors were picked and questioned, now it’s time for business! It’s been a year since we first were introduced to Mr. Martin. And since he refused to answer to Judge Washington’s call for that jury trial (where he now has a $25k warrant for FTA at jury trial), his charges in 23rd District Court also have been ongoing.
