Sovereign Citizen in the U.K. fails to follow Regulations.

An English sovereign citizen is out in public- Not following the current health regulations. The Police try their best to reason with him, but he insists on calling his mom and going to jail. Wherever you are in this world, please .. use common sense and follow the regulations that are put in order - to protect us all and hopefully prevent things getting worse. I know my current microphone doesn’t sound fantastic…. Sadly, my laptop died and until I get a new one, I’m making these videos from my iPhone. Not an easy task.
