Sovereign Citizen “Rise Of The Moors” - Court Update - August 9th Hearing.

A Massachusetts District Court judge on Monday granted a month-long extension to the prosecutor overseeing the Rise of Moors case after the district attorney's office claimed it needed additional time to process evidence. Assistant District Attorney Graham Van Epps requested a 30-day stay since the case involved 10 defendants and an allegedly large number of firearms. The weapons have been submitted to the state’s lab for processing, including checks for ballistics, criminality and even DNA evidence. So, the next hearing will be September 8th.
