Roll Call in the Street at Shooting Scene

Milwaukee Police Officers from District 2 and the Neighborhood Task Force held Roll Call in the Street on August 14, 2012 at 23rd & Orchard. In that area, there have been numerous violent crimes including homicide, shootings and arsons, many involving a house known for gang affiliations in the area. Three people were shot there the night before the roll call. Chief Flynn discusses how both offenders and victims play a role in this problem.
