Stopped For Loud Exhaust, Tased For Officer Safety

Kentucky State Police https://www.facebook.com/KentuckyStatePolice In May 2025 Kentucky State Trooper James Hendricks Jr. pulled over Jeff for allegedly having too loud of an exhaust on his car. Super trooper James Hendricks Jr. then tells the driver that he has to exit the vehicle. The drive gives his license, but refuses to get out of the vehicle. He tells James Hendricks Jr. to go write his ticket, but the triggered trooper says that he doesn't feel safe walking away. The trooper then walks away and goes to his patrol vehicle, where he could have just written his citation, but he instead gets some gloves, puts them on, and comes back to beat the shit out of Jeff. The gloves are necessary to prevent the troopers soft hands from bleeding while he beats up Jeff. After attempting to break Jeff's window, Jeff gets out of the car, but the trooper now wants him to get on the ground for the purposes of showing submission to him. Jeff won't show unnecessary submission, and stands still with his hands in the air, so trooper Hendricks tries to tase Jeff. When the tasing fails trooper Hendricks charges and tackles Jeff, while Jeff keeps his hands up the entire time. He then slaps Jeff with 5 or 6 charges including "menacing" claiming that Jeff scared him. Trooper James Hendricks Jr. is the son of former FBI agent James Hendricks Sr. who was the center of the FBI's biggest sexual misconduct case in recorded FBI history.
