Sovereign Citizen Back in Front of Judge Oakley Motions Fail in Court

We head back to Michigan, for our sovereign citizen friend, Mr. Krusell. Back in front of Judge Oakley, Mr. Krusell insists on his motions that were denied at what was supposed to be jury trial day. The public defender that gave advice and tried to explain that the court rules and consequences for his strategy for trial…. Is not in attendance at this hearing. Seems Mr. Krusell believes the entire area and police are conspiring against he and his wife. Judge Oakley offered a bench trial, where Mr. Krusell can take all the time and sovcit scripts to be decided in court, without wasting a jury’s time. But, he’s still demanding a jury trial.
