A Sovereign Citizen Traveling Fail AND a Moorish National Card don’t work??

First, we witness a Sovereign Citizen trying his “traveling” defense to a no-nonsense officer .. And then, we have a man who claims he’s a “Moor” and “Indigenous” and don’t have to pay taxes after showing his Nationality Card. It doesn’t work out well.
