Sovereign Citizen Right To Travel Fail - Unconstitutional says TN Supreme Court

We find ourselves in Tennessee. Where the state Supreme Court has ruled that DUI checkpoints are constitutional, however, Drivers License checkpoints are not. I’ve called the label department for the TN State Police and even defense attorneys in TN - all the way to the public defenders office. Nobody would tell me how they’re still able to do the road checks for drivers licenses after the state Supreme Court have deemed them unconstitutional. Who do you think is wrong, here??
