Naked Man On A PCP Filled Rage Attacks Everyone And Fights The Police, He Gets Tased 3 Times

I have been trying to post this video for multiple days, going back and forth with them and eventually YouTube made me blur out the first time the guy was tased, but for some reason not the rest. there is also a second angle to the first tasing later on in the video at 39:32 that they did not make me blur, so I’m not sure why they made me blur the first one.. And yes I spent numerous amounts of days going frame by frame throughout this whole video blurring this man’s private parts and I think I am blind. Just before Christmas, Kelly Holcomb, who was hopped up on many different drugs, including PCP and methamphetamine all at once, he began fighting other residence of the Deerfield Lodge, in Acworth, Georgia, even people who were trying to help him. One woman who was pregnant, attempted to help him and in return Kelly Holcomb, hit her in the head and punched her in her stomach multiple times. 911 was called and Law-enforcement then arrived on the scene. the initial arriving officer, Officer Palarche, attempted to subdue Mr. Holcomb and he punched the officer so hard in her mouth. It knocked one of her teeth out, and then he put her in a chokehold trying to kill her. An innocent bystander who saw what was happening, ran up and stabbed Kelly Holcomb with a knife, which caused him to release his chokehold on officer Palarche. It’s then the officer in trouble call goes out and we pick up with the body camera footage.
