A Constitutionalist Traveling FAIL - Plus Files Complaints and FAILS

Put your seatbelts on for this one, friends … Here is a “Constitutionalist” who declares his right to “Travel” … already has 3 cases of his Fails … Yet, still proceeds to repeat the behavior that landed him the last 3. After the traffic stop, he heads to the CHP station to file his “Complaint” and give them his “Bill” in an attempt to “Settle” with the sergeant who meets him at the door. I haven’t found any “updates” on any of his cases - which, usually, means that he’s lost every one of them. At least he has a license, registration and insurance… (for now). #sovereign #sovereigncitizen #constitutionalist #traveling #complaint #bill #fail #owned #facts #frauds
