UPDATE: High Speed Pursuit in snow & ice wrecks Arkansas State Police Trooper -Others join in w/ PIT

Also added photographs at the end of the video showing damage to involved vehicles* On January 31, 2026, at approximately 11:22 PM, I, Trooper Brandon Loy, heard on the radio that Unit A42, Trooper William Roark, initiated a pursuit with a white Dodge Durango, later found out bearing temporary tag #DB418401. They were heading east on I-30 near mile marker 141 at speeds exceeding 120 mph. I began heading south down I-57 from mile marker 6 with my lights and sirens activated. As I was approaching Exit 1, I heard the pursuit continued I-40 East after a failed Tactical Vehicle Intervention (TVI) and then up I-57 North. I turned around along the I-57 South to North turn-around near McCain. Unit A28, Trooper First Class Dwayne Niles, assumed secondary position. Shortly after, I heard Unit A42 had wrecked during the pursuit and Unit A28 was now primary. I informed dispatch that I was turning around and heading north on I-57 from McCain. Unit A28 stated the suspect had turned on McCain heading eastbound towards Hwy 161. I began to travel towards Trammel to intercept the suspect at the intersection of Hwy 161 and Trammel. Unit A28 then stated he had lost sight of the suspect on Hwy 161. I came to a stop on Trammel at the intersection with Hwy 161 with my lights and siren off. Unit A28, traveling north on Hwy 161, came to a stop next to me on Trammel. As we sat there, the suspect vehicle came north on Hwy 161 passing myself and unit A28. I began to follow the suspect. I activated my emergency lights to initiate a traffic stop. The suspect immediately accelerated and another pursuit ensued with me as primary and unit A28 as secondary. We continued north on Hwy 161 at speeds over 100 mph in a 35-mph zone. The suspect turned and began traveling west on I-440. The suspect began swerving across all 3 lanes at 130+ mph. The suspect began braking hard on the right shoulder as I got closer causing my vehicle to drive past the suspect. The suspect then changed lanes behind me allowing Unit A28 to perform a TVI. The suspect sped past me on the left after the TVI failed. The suspect then exited at 11A, now traveling west on I-40. Speeds continued to exceed 130 mph. The suspect braked hard again, allowing me to successfully TVI the vehicle. The driver, Neli Alemon, was removed from the vehicle and taken into custody. The passengers, Zayith Aleman-Gonzalez, Diego Flores, and Tatiana Perry, were detained and later released. The odor of intoxicants was present on driver when taken into custody. She later admitted to being intoxicated when the medics arrived on scene. The driver was transported by MEMS to UAMS to be medically cleared. After being cleared, she was transported to Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility with no further issues and charged with the following: 3 Counts of 5-38-203(b)(3): Criminal mischief in the 1st degree (DAMAGE $5,000-$25,000) C Felony 2 Counts of 5-54-125(d)(2): Fleeing-Felony-Vehicle/Conveyance-Substantial Danger or Death 27-16-303: Driving on suspended license 5-65-205: Refusal to submit to chemical test 27-50-308(b)(1)(B) 1ST: Reckless Driving-1st 27-50-302(a)(7): Speeding - more than 15 mph over limit 5-74-105.
