We’re back in the 36th District Court for Judge Perkins and the sovereign citizen Mr. Little. Last time we saw him, he wanted to know the jurisdiction of the jurisdiction and birth certificate stuff. Totally prepared for court without an attorney. We get to pre-trial day and he’s back with no attorney and he is informed of the things he had to be ready for on trial day. Trial day. He’s there and a private attorney stood by him and ready for trial. The state? Well, they have one officer who wrote some of the tickets. But, wait …. They never called in a jury!!
