She F***s Up Her Male Attacker, But SHE Gets Arrested!

Ogdon Utah Police https://www.facebook.com/OGDENPOLICE Follow James Freeman On FB https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61583459451757 On July 20th 2025 and Ogdon Utah police officer solicitis a property owner for permission to have some random people removed from a property where they are sitting on the grass near a sidewalk. The property owner gives him permission to trespass them. He approaches the 3 individuals and tells them that they have to leave. They all agree to leave but he wants to get their ID's, which he has no lawful authority to do under Utah law. Still all 3 individuals give their information, but then they walk away. The officer has no lawful authority to detain or ID anyone, but as on woman walks away he follows after her and then attacks her telling her that she is under arrest. Utah created legistation saying that you can't resist an arrest even if the arrest is BLATANTLY unlawful, so all a Utah cop has to do is say the words "you're under arrest" and if you don't comply the the legistlation allows them do ANYTHING necessary to make the arrest, up to and including killing you. This woman wasn't having it, she fought back against the violent unlawful aggression, and the officer ended up with a broken ankle. The woman was never charged with any primary charges such as trespass because she wasn't trespassing, and because before the officer attacked her she had not committed any crimes. She was only charged with the so called "crimes" of defending herself against an unlawful attack. Bad cop gets fucked up, good cops arrest the victim. Frederic Bastiat says just because you legalize your crime, doesn't make it so it's not criminal. All the legislation in the world can't magically turn Ogdon police officers into the good guys. Right is still right, and wrong is still wrong.
