Since San Antonio Police are working hard to crack down on "pedestrians in the roadway", here are some numbers you can call if your neighbor steps into the road to blow grass clipings back into their yard, or you see someone step into or out of their car, you see pedestrians walking on a closed road with baracades that traffic can't even access, or any other circumstance under which a hardened criminal puts a foot in a roadway. This crack down is important to public safety, so please don't let any pedestrians in the roadway go unreported.
