VCSO SWAT/EOD Explosive Breach Training: 2/27/19

This week, VCSO SWAT and EOD units went through explosive breach training and other exercises at a Port Orange American Legion building which is slated to be demolished. This is the type of training that prepares us to respond to an incident like the tragedy we saw at Pulse nightclub in 2016. We'd like to thank the American Legion for allowing us the use of their property, and all the neighbors who allowed us to disrupt their afternoon with some noise.
