We head to New York, for a sovcit actually traveling! The driver?? A friend with a revoked license! So, law and policy says they have to tow the vehicle. But, they offer not to tow it, as long as her passenger has a drivers license. Well, he’s a sovereign citizen and he has no license and wants to throw his knowledge of the law at the officers, despite him being no help to the situation.
