Sovereign Citizen Right To Travel FAIL In Missouri

We head to Scott City, Missouri for a sovereign citizen trying his Right To Travel without registration on his vehicle. The officers call in the Chief Of Police and he had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the Chief’s arrival. In the end, he got his ticket for no registration. Then, failed to appear in court. Now, the court has put a hold on his drivers license, until he shows up. We’ll be keeping an eye on the docket for more updates!
