Predator Grandpa Has No Idea Walmart Cameras Captured His Depravity With an 11-Year-Old

A trip to Walmart in Bullhead City, Arizona, turned into a disturbing police investigation after multiple witnesses reported the behavior of 66-year-old Michael Dean Bailey. On April 21, 2015, Bailey entered a Walmart in Bullhead City, where witnesses — including children — reported inappropriate conduct inside the store. Surveillance footage and witness accounts would later become important pieces of evidence as investigators worked to identify the man involved. Then, just weeks later, Bailey returned to the same Walmart. This time, Walmart Loss Prevention recognized him from the earlier surveillance footage and obtained information from his vehicle, giving investigators the lead they needed. The following day, Bailey voluntarily arrived at the Bullhead City Police Department, apparently believing he could explain the situation as a misunderstanding. What followed was a lengthy police interrogation. Detectives questioned Bailey about what happened inside Walmart, why he had traveled to that particular location, his clothing choices, his past behavior, and whether the incident investigators were examining was truly an isolated event. As the interview progressed, Bailey made increasingly significant admissions about his behavior and history, giving detectives a much broader picture than the original Walmart investigation had revealed. Michael Dean Bailey was ultimately charged with seven counts of Public Sexual Indecency under Arizona law and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
