Collin County Jail agreed to take me as an inmate, even though they could have refused and told Mckinney they aren't getting involved. Collin County Magistrate judge Lisa Bronchetti pretended to arraign me, but failed at her SOLE PURPOSE as a magistrate, and that was to read the charging instruments and determine if there was or wasn't probable cause for an arrest. Rather than looking for probably cause she just demanded $2,500 to allow me out of the cage. The Mckinney police then made a public post on their fb page trying to pretend as if I had interfered with police doodies. That post has been destroyed by over 5 thousand comments from people like you that saw the video. The department then doubled down on getting a warrant to search my phone and memory cards that they stole for evidence that I allegedly interfered with the traffic stop. Police can never just make a mistake and then say sorry and make it right like we expect every single normal member of society to do. After screwing up they will often spend YEARS blaming and punishing everyone else for their screw ups. McKinney Texas police are the poster child for this type of behavior. Dean Riano and the other 4 or 5 cops that helped him have not been arrested and charged for the crimes that I alleged they committed yet, but since I'm told that there are good cops out there, I KNOW it's only a matter of time before a good cop arrests them all and brings them to justice.
