Drunk Woman Kicks Cop in the Face Then Plays the Victim

What began as a routine investigation quickly escalated into a chaotic arrest after the woman allegedly pushed into a security barrier and became combative with officers. As officers attempted to take her into custody, the situation continued to escalate. The woman repeatedly yelled at officers, accused them of racism, resisted their attempts to control her, and allegedly dug her fingernails into an officer's hand. She later spit on an officer and kicked another officer in the face, resulting in additional and more serious charges. The bodycam footage captures the intense struggle as officers attempt to safely restrain the suspect while preventing her from injuring herself. After being placed inside a patrol vehicle, she repeatedly struck her head against the vehicle's interior, forcing officers to take additional safety precautions and request medical assistance. The suspect was eventually transported to a hospital for medical evaluation before being taken to the Orange County Jail. According to the case information, she was charged with disorderly intoxication, two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, and resisting an officer with violence. The aggravated battery charge stemmed from the alleged kick to an officer's face that caused significant injury.
