Sovereign Citizen Washitaw Chief found Incompetent and Wants to Appeal in Court

We’re back in SeaTac, Washington, for our sovereign citizen Washitaw Moorish Chief. Not only did the judge try to tell him that what he claims is just not reality, he’s had a psych eval and has been deemed Delusional and Unable To Proceed. So, the cases are stayed until he’s found competent to defend himself in court. Will we see him again? The prosecutor is on the side that we will. But, next time, he’ll be in a psych hospital, when he gets arrested again.
