Sovereign Citizen Held On Felony Charges, Questions Jurisdiction FAIL In Court

Welcome to the 13th District Court of Kansas. Today, Judge Ricke and our sovereign friend, Mr McLaughlin. With a charge of battery against a Law Enforcement Officer, this hearing is just to arrange and schedule the pre-trial date with the case judge. So, our sovcit pal gets flustered, when he can’t recite the script he tried so hard to remember! He does state “Point Of Order” and will represent himself. And how does the court have jurisdiction? **Many thanks and appreciation to our channel:** *Robert Morley, Chris Kelling, Anne D, Andrea, Goddess Of Truth, Butcher Bird, West Side Girl Reacts, Jason Heaton, Buddy Parker, Bubba Jeff, Shaughn, Tina, Detailing is fun, msachar, Mad Greek of Chicago, carissaexplainsitall, Colte Stonewolfe, Michael Goodfellow, David Thorpe, Sho’Nuff, Sue Smith, Gary Tompkins* If you’d like to become a channel member, just hit the join button right next to subscribe on pc and Android (also Newer iPhones).
