Substantial Battery -- 400 block of W. Michigan Street

Milwaukee Police are seeking two suspects in regard to a substantial battery that occurred at approximately 7:00 p.m. on July 1, 2018, on the 400 block of W. Michigan Street. The male and female suspects can be seen in this video. The first suspect is a black male with a medium skin complexion, in his late 20’s or early 30’s, has dread locks and a dark beard. The suspect was last seen wearing a gray zip up jacket with cut off sleeves, gray shoes, and camouflage cargo shorts. The second suspect is a white female with a heavy build and was last seen wearing white shorts and has contusions under both eyes.
