Thank you. >> Samantha was charged with attempting to flee or elude, resisting without violence, possession of marijuana under 20 g, and possession of drug paraphernalia. On November 13th, 2023, she pled not guilty on all counts except fleeing, and the charges were eventually dropped. The remaining fleeing charge was dropped by the prosecutor on February 6th, 2024.
