She swears she has no warrant before the
officer even brings it up.
He is not guessing though.
"I already know who you are." he tells
her.
And he is right. She has an active
warrant, which means she is getting
arrested no matter what she says.
So she pulls away again and again and
earns herself a second charge. Resisting
arrest is it's own crime, completely
separate from the theft.
The fake name did not help. The warrant
was already there.
