Police Jefferson Parish Louisiana on August 15th 2020 around 10:00 a.m. a trooper with the Louisiana State Police tro B conducted a traffic stop on a 2005 Lexus ES with temporary tags for speeding after making contact with the driver r d out of Baton Rouge the trooper till Randall the reason for the stop [Applause] just come back here come back here what are you looking for I'm looking for my pull to the right Randall then tells the Troopers the reason he was in mie Louisiana where you going I'm going for what uh I came out here my my my CH I mean my child [Applause] okay last night to bring him some money bring some money and I stayed out here onet the trooper then asked if the vehicle which had temporary tax had Insurance you you have insurance on the car no man I I Ain I I I just the car was the car was broke I pulled it out of the um I P it out of the uh pound cuz it got pound and I was about to take it back [Applause] to here no yeah but my daughter needed some money 11 years old okay after running randle's name the trooper get information that Randle may have a warrant for his arrest out of East B and rou [Applause] Parish all right here's the deal don't do anything inventory search of the [Applause] [Applause] vehicle come on [Applause] 5412 966 as the trooper inventory the vehicle the trooper located two clear plastic bags containing 18 G of heroin a digital scale and a 25 caliber fire so the other thing that we have going on and I've had this a couple years ago um he's got two wallets from white people uh they actually have the dl's of white people so the gun first off he has a gun in here it's not scen the the hits that were coming back are different calibers second he's got two guns I mean two wallets with white people's information and he's got a ton of like uh some credit cards some uh like frequent flyer cards you know what I mean so I had this a couple years ago where they were part of the felony Lane game and they were going and uh doing perch snatches the trooper then confronts Randall about what she finds in the vehicle I don't really like when people lie to me my man I gave you every opportunity in the world come on you know what's in there I haven't even finished yet we're about to finish we're bringing this car to our office and about to finish searching you supposed to have a [Applause] gun after the narcotics was found in the vehicle it was transported to LSP TR B to continue the search oh another gun um yep another [Applause] gun in the vehicle they also find a lot of other people's belonging including credit cards and IDs iPads and other electronics yeah 76 today stop pass it back this way when you're done he's have prescription bottles from like all kinds of people he's got to be like shoplift I mean uh purse snatching or something cuz like this is [ __ ] prenatal vitamins for a woman here's another one there are purses in here that's I didn't even hear that this could look I said this got to be a one first cuz you still got some type of yep where is he from Baton Rouge money was in his bag no the money was there that money that's on the seat was in that little whatever bag that is that little mini backpack yeah and all this random stuff come probably come out these person uh they're just randomly around the car I found them all in different spots look more he got oh jewelry yeah I'm pretty sure it's fake but probably so there's two Louis bags well I think this one's fake I don't I I'm not there yet not that one dude he's got to be taken from people yeah all different and they got a bunch of credit cards and stuff too during the search they will also find a Glock 43 firearm a Glock 19 firearm and a Smith and won 40 caliber firearm they also will find 132 doses of Aderall 3.5 G of marijuana two more digital scales and two doses of MD ma a check of the weapons revealed that the Glock 43 was stolen out of East B Rouge Parish Randall was charged appropriately for all the drug charges and he was also charged as being a felon in possession of a firearm he was transported to the Jefferson Parish Correctional Facility Randall played guilty and he was Sister 15 years hard labor in the Louisiana Department of cians
