husband R returned fire and Eric Mosley was hit in the foot and this would explain his crutches shortly after this traffic stop more drugs were seized from Eric Mosley home Eric Mosley and Rusty Smith were arrested for possession with the intent to distribute to schedule two a possession of a schedule to we are not sure if the woman was arrested or not Eric Mosley was sented to 75 months in a federal prison for conspiracy to possessed with the intent to distribute methan fetes Rusty Smith Jump on and has a warant out for his arrest Eric Mosley still a waste trial for his homicide case in
