Okay, thank you. Mr. Simpson, would you state your name for the record, please? I'm here in the special appearance Um as the living man >> I'm I'm getting to I'm getting to the honor. Um I'm here in the I'm here in the special appearance. Um living flesh and man. Um God's son. Um I go by Matthew Aaron Simpson the second, Bay. Um I am competent. Um I am not I am the age of majority. Um What's your name? I am not contract I did not contract. I'm not that person that you're trying to give me the contract with. So, Matthew Aaron Simpson the second, I am not him. >> What's going on, guys? Welcome back to your favorite YouTube channel, No one is above the law. I told you guys that if we found another appearance with the sovereign [music] citizen by the name of Matthew Simpson, aka Mr. I don't recognize, that [music] we would definitely share it here with you guys on the channel. So, guess what? We have another appearance >> [music] >> with Mr. Simpson, and we're going to share that with you guys today. But, what we are also going to do is we're going to leave the first proceeding [music] in here for those that may not have seen it, and then we'll just add the second appearance to [music] the first appearance. And the first time he dealt with the judge by the name of Judge Donald [music] Chisholm out of the state of Michigan, and this time I believe he is in [music] Oakland County, Michigan before another judge. So, here [music] are Mr. Simpson's two proceedings. Uh don't forget to like, comment, share, and subscribe. And let's go ahead, guys, and roll the footage. Mr. Simpson, can you hear me? Mr. Simpson? I go by I go by Matthew Aaron Simpson, the person that you're speaking on I don't recognize. You go by Matthew Simpson, correct? I go by Matthew Aaron Simpson, but the name that you're speaking on behalf of I don't I don't recognize. Name that I'm speaking of on behalf of? I'm the executor of the dead legalese. Oh, you are. >> [laughter] >> I'm the age of majority. I'm not a minor. I'm competent. Um and I would like to declare that I Matthew Aaron Simpson would like to state on oath on the record that I am declaring a national um non-citizen. Well, your status as a citizen is not really central to these events that bring us here. The fact that you owe money to the court matters. One from 2022, the other from 2024. A total $480. We're going to recall the warrant for your arrest. How did you come to be arrested? I don't recognize. Who brought you to the jail? I don't recognize. Your Honor, if I may, I just as well I was I'm appointed this morning for arraignment purposes only and I know that Mr. Simpson does not wish me to represent him and and obviously that's up to him, but I will let the court know that I did check the inmate screen and it looks like the 44th District Court it the only matter holding him currently. He also has a warrant out of Gross Point Farms for a traffic arrest, but this is the only thing in Oakland County, it appears. Well, Mr. Simpson, it really doesn't matter what you recognize or don't recognize because you're dealing with the power of the government whether you recognize that government or not. What we have to do here is figure out how to negotiate a path for you, whether you recognize the power or not. And the fact that you owe this money to the court appears to be the only thing keeping you in jail. It is not the intent of [clears throat] the court to have you be in jail for $480. I understand that the coordinate >> Where do you stay now, sir? On Earth. Where do you stay? On Earth. On Earth? Do you have a particular spot on Earth? Man, this proceeding straight out of the gate was super duper confusing, especially for Judge Chisholm, and it took a minute for him to really catch on to what was going on, especially when he said the name that I'm speaking of on behalf of I mean, you knew he was confused. And if it was up to Mr. Simpson >> [music] >> I think he would name himself I don't recognize because if he would have said that another time, I might have jumped out the window. But that's his favorite saying, I don't recognize. And I don't know what he feels that is going to accomplish, but obviously it's not going to help him out at all, as we can see so far. But then when the judge asked him you know where does he stay and he said on earth I was like yeah he's definitely making this super duper difficult. Do you have any spot that you have mail sent where you can get mail that's addressed to you? I don't recognize. >> [clears throat] >> Simpson, you're not making this easy on yourself. You're creating difficulty for yourself. I don't have a >> Where do you get your mail? I don't have a place of residence. Where do you get your mail? I don't have I don't Who feeds you? Who feeds me? Yeah, who feeds you? When you're not in jail how do you eat? I put food in my mouth. Okay. Where do you get the food? Um earth. Do you Do you have employment? I don't recognize. Does anybody pay you for working for them? I don't recognize. Well, you recognize the fact that you're behind bars now, do you not? I don't recognize. Reset the show cause. >> [snorts] [clears throat] >> And the bond is $480 cash. I don't recognize. You can recognize or not. Doesn't change the fact that you're not going to get out of jail until $480 has been paid on your behalf. Whether you recognize that authority or not, it's happening. >> I'm an executor of of Matthew >> be an executor or you can be an executor, it doesn't matter. There's $480 needs to be on the table before you're released. We're done. I would like to I would like to put that into my foreign trust. You can do whatever you like, sir. Man, that was a painful five or six minutes to get through. I mean, when Judge Chisholm asked him how he eats and he says with his mouth and his food comes from Earth, I'm like, man, this dude, he's definitely trying to be difficult. I mean, >> [music] >> but we heard the judge. He don't care if he recognizes or not. He won't be getting out of jail until he pays that $480. And I don't want to say that, you know, that's not a lot of money because I don't know what this guy's status is, >> [music] >> what he has or don't have. Hopefully, he can come up with it and just get out of jail, but him whether he has it or not, >> [music] >> um he may never come up with it. I mean, especially with the games that he's playing um because [music] to me, nobody wants to sit in jail. Nobody wants to play games and just sit in jail, but we've seen stranger things, right? But, um yeah, this guy he definitely he's in his own world and and he's doing this on purpose. I don't think it's like him being confused or feeling like uh you know, well, no, I don't want to say that, guys. Maybe he really does feel like this thing will work. I mean, he told the judge, you know, he's the executor, and the judge basically was like, "Man, I don't care if you're the executor, the the executor, whoever, >> [music] >> you're not getting out of here until you pay this $480." And we see Judge Chisholm just shut him off after that, but some of these proceedings are getting stranger and stranger. If we get any more future appearances by Matthew Simpson, we will share it here on the channel. That's it for us today, guys, and remember, no one is above the law. Okay, calling case ticket number Tom King Tom 26 Ocean Paul 00014 in the matter of Matthew Aaron Simpson the second. Uh counsel appearance for the record, please. Uh good morning. For the record, Patrick Acton here as uh MADC counsel appearing on behalf of uh the county, the county jail. Uh I did speak in private uh to Mr. Simpson just now, indicated that he does have a right to speak with the lawyer. Uh Mr. Simpson indicated that he did not wish to speak with me. Mr. Simpson, you don't care to speak with me, is that correct? I don't want you on this case. Understood. So, the court's willing to accept his waiver. Um I'll let him speak directly to the court. Okay, thank you. Mr. Simpson, would you state your name for the record, please? I am here in the special appearance um as a living >> Yeah, what's your name? I'm I'm getting to I'm getting to you, honor. Um Okay. >> in the I'm here in the special appearance um living flesh and man um God's son um I go by Matthew Aaron Simpson the second, bay. Um I am a competent um I am not I am the age of majority. Um What's your name? I am not contract I am not contract I am not that person that you're trying to give me the contract with. So, Matthew Aaron Simpson is second. I am not him. So, there's something I want you guys to see right off the bat when it comes to this second appearance. Remember the first time in his first appearance there was an issue with competency. [music] So, as he's talking here, you notice he's talking about the living man. Uh he doesn't want a contract with that name, but he also throws in there that I am competent. And the reason being is because in the past [music] they have felt he has had competency issues because of his behavior. Hey, thank you, sir. And I also would like to say this Um I am here I am trust property as well as my car. So, I would like this to be um I'm petitioning for this to be seen in equity equity court because it is it's trust law. Hey, your honor, can I ask you a question? Well, give me a second here. Let me go through I got to go through a few things on first and then we'll get to that. So, I have to at least >> [snorts] >> set a bond in this in this matter. Um Give me 1 second here. >> [clears throat] >> Well, you set a bond. The bond is a The bond is a contract. Yeah, I haven't Yeah, I haven't gotten to Yeah, I haven't gotten anything yet. So, hold on 1 second. I appreciate it. Give me 1 second, counselor. I'll need to grab another file. Okay, detectives, are you there? And uh counselor Here again, your honor. Okay, thank you. The charges are resisting and obstructing, which is violation of Michigan compiled Laws, 750.881d. Here's the maximum penalty of up to 93 days in jail and possible fines of up to $500. The littering charge under MCL 324.8903 carries a possible fine of up to $10,000. Court's going to enter a plea of not guilty on your behalf. It's also a driver's license matter before the court just under 257. 257.301 carries a maximum penalty of up to 90 days in jail and a fine of $100 on that as well. Court's going to set bond in the amount of $1,000 cash surety, no 10% um Court will also order that I'm not quite sure the defendant has not indicated that his name is Matthew Aaron Simpson the second. So, the court's going to order that fingerprints be ordered um prior to the defendant's release on this matter. So, do you understand your bond conditions? You also should not drive a vehicle without the >> [clears throat] >> proper license. Do not leave the state of Michigan without permission of this court. Personally appear for all your court appearances and pick up no new criminal offenses. I have granted court-appointed counsel for you if you should decide you want one later on in the future. Just make sure no driving without license, no insurance, and no plate. You can't not You must have those things on your vehicle. Other than that, sir, do you understand your bond conditions? Uh I don't understand. Okay. It's $1,000 cash surety no bond and you're required to uh take your fingerprints prior to being released um so we know who you are for sure. Other than that detectives, I'm all set. All right, uh your honor real quick, Sergeant here again if I can. Uh if he refuses to continue to go along with the program and our booking process of fingerprints, is he being ordered to be remanded uh to the county? Yes, because I've ordered that his fingerprints uh prior to his release, his fingerprints needs to be taken. He refuses to advise the court who he is for sure. We need to know exactly who he is, so that may require that his fingerprints be taken. So, until his fingerprints are taken, he cannot be released. Okay, then he'll be remanded to the county then, your honor, if he does not go along. I appreciate it, thank you. Thank you very much. It is very interesting [music] that the judge ordered that his fingerprints be taken. And the reason why I say that is because he did mention his name when he was talking. He did say, >> [music] >> you know, he's basically on behalf of Matthew Simpson. And sometimes for some judges, [music] that's enough. But for this particular judge, he says, "Nah, I want him to be fingerprinted because to him, he didn't uh >> [music] >> properly identify himself or clearly identify himself, even though he did mention his name. And at least [music] this time when it comes to Mr. Simpson, he dropped the I don't recognize. He did say I don't understand. And we see the officer at the end asks the judge like, "Listen, if he doesn't play along with the fingerprinting and [music] this process." So, that also goes to show us that they must have been having problems with him. He probably hasn't been cooperative >> [music] >> um since he's been arrested. And we see the officer say, "Listen, judge, [music] if he doesn't go along with this fingerprinting thing, so on and so forth, can we just remand him to the county jail until he does so?" [music] And obviously, the judge says, "Yes." So, I just wanted to share this second appearance with you guys. Glad you are here. Um, if you haven't subscribed to this channel, [music] please do so. Also, don't forget to share. Don't forget to like. Don't forget to give your opinions down in the comments. And listen, that's all we got for you today. Remember guys, no one is above the law.
