The passenger was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor and two counts of possession of a schedule one. The charges were later amended to possession of a schedule 2 and she plead guilty and she was sentenced to a 2-year suspended sentence at hard labor and placed on probation.
