Deputies later confirmed that the victim had positively identified the fleeing suspect. Based on the conduct documented in the body camera footage, potential charges could include aggravated robbery or armed robbery, depending on state law. Conspiracy, acting in concert, if supported by the investigation. Evading or resisting law enforcement, if applicable. Final charging decisions are made by prosecutors.
