And he hands me the paperwork. >> I need at least a a report or something stating this cuz it's going to make it look real good when I go to court. >> I was like, "You've been seeing her for months. She doesn't want no paperwork. She's been letting him outside the store and having a civil dispute." >> Did he go to jail for hitting you ever or what? >> Oh, no. The Laken police love my baby daddy. He never went to jail. He's someone before, induce homicide, he never went to jail. >> Okay. >> I'm starting to think he's an informant. >> On September 7th, [music] 2025, a man called 911 claiming his baby mama attacked him when he showed up to serve her custody papers. According to him, she had been keeping him from seeing his child for months. When officers arrived, they find the guy [music] and confront him. >> Are you okay? >> Yeah. >> Are you Kendall? >> Kendall. >> Okay, Kendall. >> Yeah. >> Okay, so what's happening? >> Well, I came over to bring some court papers cuz she not let me see my daughter or nothing. There's nothing saying that I can't see her by law or anything against that. I bring her the court papers, she ripped the court papers up, started punching me in the head and everything. >> Okay, do you need an ambulance or >> I don't need an ambulance, but I need to file a report cuz it's going to help my case when I go take her to court now. >> Okay. >> Cuz she actually just attacked me, and he seen me coming out the building. >> Okay. Where you Where were you guys at when this happened? >> Right inside the building. I gave her the court papers. >> Uh-huh. >> And I'm walking out, she's ripping the court papers up, punching me all in the head and everything. >> Okay. And this happened right inside the doors here? >> Right inside the door still. >> Okay, yep. >> Okay. >> 1D. >> In front of in >> 1D. I gave her the papers and then we walked all the way back to the door, she just punched >> When she's when she when you said she's hitting you, is she hitting you in the hallway or what? >> She's hitting me in the hallway. Yeah, all the way outside. >> Okay. >> I heard it. I told her I told her I told her to call the cops. >> Okay, is that your ride there? Oh, got you. Okay. Yeah. Um but you're okay. >> I'm okay, but I do want to press charges. >> Okay. >> I need I need I need something documented for when I go to court cuz we got a got a custody thing going on with my daughter right >> How many kids you guys have together? One kid and is your your daughter you said? This daughter here. >> She's in there right now. >> Okay. So, you came to give her paperwork for >> For uh the court date that we got coming on the 24th. >> Okay. >> She ripped the court paper up and gets to pouncing on me. >> Okay. All right. What's What's the court Is it like a parenting agreement or What What do you call those? Okay. Got you. Um and she's in 1D? >> 1D. >> Okay. So, you meet with her like outside her room or >> No, I rang the doorbell, she buzzed me. I knocked on the door, I said, "Here's your court papers." She wasn't served. I was I was ripping the court papers up, pouncing on me. I'm just walking out and she doing all that. I just need to get her the court papers. >> Okay. Normally, somebody will get those court papers to her. >> Yeah, I thought we could be adults about it. >> Oh, got you. Okay. All right. >> I don't even live out here. I live in Slidell. >> Oh, you're down south towards Slidell, you said? >> live in Slidell, yeah. >> Yeah. And she can talk to him, too. So, and we'll see if we can we can get something >> at least a a report or something stating this cuz it's going to look real good when I go to court. >> Okay. So, you guys have a kid together? Did you guys date for a while? >> we did. >> How How long ago was that? >> That was probably about We dated almost 2 years. She just stopped letting me see her in May because I didn't want to be back with her. That's what it was all about. >> Okay. >> So, I we made an agreement I got her every single weekend and we didn't have to go through the court. She just dropped her off and I'd bring her home. >> Okay. >> She stopped doing that. So, I had to get the courts involved. I'm paying child support and everything. Why can't I see my >> How How old is your little one? >> Two. >> Two. >> even see her. I didn't even get to see her on her birthday. That was in May. >> Okay. Here's that back for you. I appreciate it. >> No, well, I'm just trying to see my kid. >> Right. Right. Okay. All right. >> What's that? >> Oh, okay. How do you know her? >> I don't. That's the first one I've seen here. He's walking up to the building and she's slapping the crap out of >> Oh, she she was hitting him and stuff? >> Oh, yeah. >> All right. Was it outside inside? >> I don't know about inside cuz I didn't see. I was sitting here. She comes chasing him out here and she yells at me and starts slapping the crap out of him, and he's just walking away. >> Okay. All >> All he did was come here to hand the old papers so he can get in court and see his kid. That's all I know about him. I've just the neighbor that lives right to the south of him in Paluca. I brought him over here and that was it. He goes in there just to hand her papers. That's all he wanted to do. And she chased him out, cussing him out, yells at me. I don't know I've never met the lady before. I don't know who she what her problem is. And she's slapping the crap out of him. >> In the in the parking lot here? Or like just like right in here? >> She said she started slapping him inside there, and he's walking out trying to get away from her, and she's slapping him up side his head and in his body. >> Okay. >> I don't know what the problem is, but that kind of drama >> Right. >> nobody needs. >> Yeah. Okay. >> If all he's doing is handing her papers, all she had to do was just take them from >> Okay. Bye. >> Right. Okay. >> So, her getting all bent out of shape about that, I don't know >> Yeah. I I I was telling him too like in the future and I I mean I don't know if he knew that it was going to blossom into something but there's court service workers that do that kind of stuff. They serve paperwork and stuff like that. >> He was told to deliver them. That's why I said the only thing he could have done That's what he told me. I said the only thing he could have done different is with have the cops meet you here, and hand the papers. That could have handled it. That would have been the end of it. No matter what she said and all that crap cuz >> With Kendall and his friends' accounts on the table, officers head upstairs to hear from the baby mama to find out if she actually slapped him or not. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> So, since when do people serve people now? >> I don't know what you're talking about. >> He is not to be by me or my daughter. Very serious issues. The whole time I was with him, the whole time he's tried to be her dad, he he we just put it's no contact. If Lakyn needed to serve him, Lakyn courthouse can serve him. He does not need to be here. That individual that brought him here does not need to be bringing him here. >> Okay. >> He hasn't seen my kid in 4 months. >> Okay. >> How old is the child? >> She's 2. >> 2? Okay. So, but yeah, what what what's the court order even about? Is it a custody >> It's custody and he'll never ever get it. >> Okay. >> Cuz he's married to a woman who is not to be by my daughter by DCFS. So, I don't know what he thinks he's starting, but I can't wait for court now. >> Okay, do you have a letter that he gave you? >> 100 pieces. I got the 100 pieces if you want. I'm trying to put them all together to see when the court thing and time is. >> Okay, what's the time? >> Ottawa, he lives in Toluca. >> Yeah, he's not from here. So, when's the last time you saw him? >> May 23rd. He blew my daughter off for her birthday because I wouldn't have sexual relations with him. >> Okay. >> We waited in Laken for 40 minutes. He never came outside and he made the worst post about me that he could on Facebook saying I was a dirty together and I'm in my 6 years clean. Changed my whole life around for my girls. He's the diabetic, which is why I keep her away. Uh had people coming here offering me drugs to sleep with them. He he had a lot of lot of stuff in the summer while I was laid off work. So, I just decided that I would just keep my daughter away from him. I don't need that. >> Okay, but you haven't seen him since March, you said. >> Right, May. May. May. Okay, so what happened today? >> He comes to your and he goes, "Will you have to be buzzed in?" >> Yep. >> I get a lot of Amazon, Walmart. I buzzed it in. I didn't know who it was. >> Sure. >> And he knocks. I open it and he says, "You've been served, bitch." And he hands me the paperwork. And I open it and all I see is Laken and I'm still shaking. I'm sorry. I hate him so much. And I'm like, "Served for what? You really think you're going to see my kid?" And I ripped him the paperwork and I'm throwing it at him. I was like, "You haven't seen her in 4 months. She doesn't even know who you are." She's been watching her outside and still hasn't said the word dad cuz she doesn't remember him. >> Yeah. >> I said, "You ain't going to get custody of my kid." And I had a sippy cup in my hand and I threw it. I said, "How dare you even come here?" And then I screamed at him outside. The white individual, whoever he is, his name is Scott, I guess. I said, "And you're a [ __ ] person for bringing him here. He's a father, a person all the way around. He does not need to be by my kid." >> Okay. All right, other than ripping up the paperwork, did you guys put your hands on each other? >> No, he's never hit me. I've never hit him. >> Okay. All right, cuz I'm getting stories that he you were hitting him. >> Oh, of course. >> Yeah, that you were slapping him and stuff. So >> Of course. >> All right. When I look at the cameras, is it going to show you hitting him or anything like that? >> cup. Not with my hands. >> Okay. Did you throw the sippy cup at him? >> Yeah. >> All right. >> That means yeah. He's broke my glasses before and never went to jail hitting me. So, I think I'm allowed to do that with some head. What the >> Okay. >> My heart is still I'm not even able to breathe because I can't believe he's even here right now. He knows not to come here. >> Okay. >> He married a person that overdosed and had DCFS involved. She wants >> like any sort of some sort of communication like texting and calling? >> Girl, I haven't talked to him in 4 months. 4 months. I see it here. See, this is out of the blue. You should not just pop up at people's houses like this. This is my safe place with Oakland. If I needed served, they serve me in the mail. >> Yeah, I I don't know why. >> time to start talking now, because he sees now that things are not going his way. So. >> Okay. All right. Well, this my he talked to him outside. >> used to beat the freaking living hell out of me and never gotten locked up. So, that's funny to say I hit him. He's about your size now, sir. He used to be a little guy. Uh never used to be. That's good. >> Yeah, but >> When I met him, his arms were like this. >> Oh, boy. >> They got >> You were able to build her in on your side. >> Yeah, this has been an ongoing thing. 8 years I've known him. 2 of the years I've been his baby mama, unfortunately. We haven't had no contact in 4 months. He's blocked on every single thing. Anytime he tries to reach out, I block him. I don't do the whole >> Yeah. >> And he's with someone that is also in a bad addiction. They got married, so now he's tied to her. And I don't want my kid around her, her four kids, none of that drama. >> So, tell me what happened today. >> So, today he comes in and you know how people have to be buzzed, so you never know who it is. I can't ever see him in there who it is. So, I'm thinking Amazon, Walmart. I do a lot of delivery. >> Okay. >> He knocks lightly, hands me the paperwork, says, "You've been served." And I'm chasing him down the hall with the paperwork trying to figure out what the hell it is because he barely pays child support, so what are you serving me with? >> Okay. >> And it's paperwork for paternity for I mean for rape, and I'm seeing. And now I have to drive an hour to Lincoln, so my heart started pumping, and I ripped the paperwork up when I threw it at him, and I threw the plastic cup that I had in my hand that I was trying to fill out for his daughter before he knocked. And I didn't want to see him, so that's why we did it all out here. She hasn't seen him in months. Doesn't even recognize him as her dad anymore. So that's why we did it all out here. She hasn't seen him in months. >> Okay. >> Doesn't even recognize him as her dad anymore. >> Okay. Did he go to jail for hitting you ever or anything? >> Oh, no. The Lincoln police love my baby daddy. He never went to jail. >> Uh-huh. >> He's killed someone before, induced homicide, he never went to jail. >> Okay. >> I'm starting to think he's an informant. >> I have no idea. I've never >> I know you wouldn't know because it's a different county, but >> The last time I seen him was when I kicked him out of here 2 years ago cuz I found it in my closet. >> Okay. >> That was a DCFS case. I have >> I don't think I've ever met him here. >> No, no, he's never been here. No, I've lived here almost 3 years now. He hasn't been here. >> Did you guys date in the past or anything like >> We never dated while I lived here. >> Okay. Do you have family that lives here? >> Me? >> In this building? >> No. If I did, he'd be dead right now. >> I feel >> No, I'm serious. >> Okay. >> They hate him. >> Okay. >> He literally killed someone on my couch. >> Yeah. >> That's how much they hate him. >> Okay. >> Induced homicide, and he he never got in trouble for it. Kelly Bauer was her name. May she [clears throat] rest in peace. >> Okay. The thing is is that you understand that when it comes to domestic battery, our hands are tied. We can't you know what I mean? Like regardless if he wants to press charges or not, we can't have that happening. >> I understand that. I don't think it domestic occurred. >> If you chuck If you chuck If you chuck a cup at somebody, that's a battery in and of itself. You can't >> So I have to find someone to watch my kid. I'm going to jail is what you're saying? >> You're going to go Yeah, you're going to be placed under arrest for domestic battery. >> Can I get my glasses? >> This officer is going to work with you on this, okay? >> You have to watch Oakley. I'm going to jail. >> What? >> Yep. >> I have to watch Oakley, okay? >> It's fine. I I don't remember where I PUT MY GLASSES. OH MY GOD. >> WANT TO take your phone or anything with you or your purse? >> hit him, babe. Babe, I never hit him. I WAS JOKING. DID YOU NOT SEE THE SARCASM? >> Do you want to bring anything else with you? >> Are you >> Where do I got to go? >> You're going to be brought to the counties. >> All right, what is I'M REALLY GOING TO COUNTIES? >> YEAH, YEAH, that's right. >> Are you being serious? >> So, do you want to uh >> Are you kidding me right now? Over a paper? You haven't even checked the cameras, hun. >> Listen. >> No, ain't no listen. You haven't even checked the cameras. >> You told us that you threw a cup at him. >> Oakley, where's your cup? Cuz I hit him with this, hun. It was empty. Are you dead serious right now? >> Let me explain to you. Let's go outside and talk to you. >> ain't no let's go outside. Bull Uh-uh. Uh-uh. >> PLEASE. >> REALLY? >> IN FRONT OF YOUR DAUGHTER. OKAY, so >> Tony. >> Listen, this is what what he probably wants, you know, in terms of like making it worse. Just chill, okay? Don't tell him Trust me, you know, when it comes to everything. >> Can I take my bipolar medication before I go? Can my boyfriend grab it out of the bathroom? >> You can't take any medication >> just like literally swallow it. >> Yeah, we can't You can't take medication in front of us like that. >> My crazy pills? >> They have a nurse up there and they can help you. >> physically going to jail? >> Yes. I'm trying to tell you. >> I know, but that's like we can't let you take medication. >> I have to HAVE MY MEDICATION. I HAVE TO HAVE MY MEDICATION. >> [crying] >> I CAN'T. I NEED MY MEDICINE. IF I'M GOING TO jail all night, I need my medicine. Please ask people to listen to my boyfriend. It's the only thing I will get to take. It's not normal stuff. >> There's nurses there that will work with you and that's who is can help you administer medication. It's the nurse. >> I'm really going to jail till tomorrow? >> Listen. Listen. >> No, I can't leave my kids alone. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back, okay? >> No, I can't. I can't go to jail. He came to my house. YOU GOT WHAT YOU WANTED. GO BACK. PRISON. JAIL. I CAN STOP YOU OUT WITH THE COPS ON ME.
