Your glasses? No, they're prescription. They are prescription. They're prescription. You cannot take my prescription glasses. At Glacier View Junior High, a father arrives to pick up [music] his kid. School staff have a history with this particular dad, and they generally try to avoid him because of {quote} the vulgarity of his outbursts. Kind of [ __ ] wins. But when the crossing guard signals to him to stop for children, the dad starts recording on his cell phone, then decides the rules are more like suggestions. >> [music] >> There was no one crossing. I had it on video. >> [music] >> Stupid [ __ ] stepping in the way of my car. Dumb ass. >> [singing] [music] >> He claimed no one was crossing and that the crossing guard stood in front of his car. Now, let's take a look at the school [music] surveillance video and you decide. There's the students, there's the crossing guard, and there's dad in the Subaru. >> [music] >> Afterwards, the dad went home and posted his cell phone video to Facebook with this [music] caption. Blah blah blah blah blah. When will these idiots learn? After reviewing the surveillance video, getting a sworn written statement from the crossing guard, and also confirming the dad was driving on a suspended license, officers had enough probable cause to make an arrest. Cool. I need you to unlock the car. >> and open. You need >> You know you just violated law right here, right? >> audio and video recorded and you're under arrest. For what? Step out of the vehicle and I'll explain it to you. >> what? Step out of the vehicle and I'll explain it to you. Tell me your cause. >> Reckless driving and two counts of driving suspended. Step out. Oh, yeah, no, that's not how that works. >> It is how that works. >> No. Uh I did not reckless drive. I have it on video. Okay, I need you to step out of the car, Cole. >> No, sir. Get your supervisor. I don't need to get my supervisor. I need you to step out of the vehicle. >> No probable cause? If you don't If you do not If you do not unlock the car You are acting and step out of the vehicle >> acting based on a false report. >> do not unlock the car and step out of the vehicle, I will break your window, okay? >> You'll break my window? >> Yes. And what is your cause? I just told you. >> No, you didn't. Yes, I did. No, you didn't. Reckless driving and two counts of driving suspended. You are currently driving suspended. I watched you drive into the parking lot. You're driving suspended. >> That is not harassment. >> actually. I I'm going to give you one more opportunity to comply with this and then I'm going to break your window. All right, let me call my wife so my son can be picked up. Step out of the vehicle and I will let you drive call your wife. You'll let me drive home? I will let you call your wife. Can you tell me the probable cause? >> I just told you the probable cause. Would you be willing Unlock the car. Would you be willing to look at a video that I have? >> Unlock the car and we will discuss this further. Would you be willing to willing to look at Step out of the car. You're going to be paying for that. Okay. Bro, how do I step out of the car if you broke my window? You're going to be paying for that. Unlock the seatbelt. Unlock the seatbelt. Stop trying to grab my phone, [ __ ] Step out of the car. Yeah, turn it back. You don't need to be so forceful. Well, just comply. Yeah. I How am I not? I got out of the car. I stopped my recording. Bro, you're going to break my finger. You're being an [ __ ] I'm not being an [ __ ] You are. You broke my >> fact that this had to The fact that this had to escalate to this point? >> Oh, you didn't even give me a call. >> an [ __ ] You know what Do you know what Razz is? You have to tell me what gives you the cause. So, what act gives you the cause? >> One minute. I can show you on my phone video footage that proves that the fault that is a false report. Oh. Oh, I Okay. You all have Come on. Where's your lights? Can I see that your Your cameras are on? >> Cameras are on. I told you that. Uh you guys got a lawsuit on your hands. These guys have been harassing me since day one of school. >> Have a seat. I have a video >> anything on you that's going to stick or poke me? No. I've got a video that proves that they made a false report. Okay, it's being audio and video recorded in the backseat as well. There's audio and video recorded in the backseat. So, anything that you do in this vehicle is being recorded back there. Then have a seat. Relax. Uh no, no, they're prescription. They are [ __ ] prescription. They're [ __ ] prescription. You want to be >> how I see you, [ __ ] Stop. >> They're prescription. You cannot take my prescription glasses. Sit down in my prescription, you piece of trash. Assault? Sit. >> You piece of You want me to buckle you in? Lean back. >> Lean back. [ __ ] you. >> Lean back. You, [ __ ] >> Lean back. You. You. You got it. You guys got a lawsuit on your hands. All right, I'll see you in court, Cole. >> report. You're not supposed to do an investigation. Piece of [ __ ] I do not give consent to search my vehicle. I do not consent to searching my vehicle! All right. This is exactly how I knew it was going to go. Yes, I'm cute. You guys are going to pay for all of this. Now begins one of the most unbearable backseat rants we've ever seen. If you can bear to keep listening to this guy and make it all the way to the end of the video, consider us mightily impressed. Good luck, dear viewer. >> [laughter] >> Oh, you guys are in so much trouble. You guys just acted as if it's cool to harass an an innocent individual. You know that, right? Oh, were you the guy that harassed me last year? All right. >> Yeah? One second. Were you the one that was here when I Read you your rights. >> I was harassed previously? >> One second. Oh, you violated him already. It doesn't matter. Do you want me to read you your rights? I'm going to read them to you anyways, okay? You already violated him. >> the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against So, uh what what is your reasonable articulable suspicion? Can Can you uh Do you understand these rights that I have explained? >> What is your reasonable Hey, dumb ass. I'm asking you about cause and harass. So, I think it's a Do you Can you articulate the reasonable articulable suspicion? No? Okay, piece of [ __ ] You suck at your job. I want cause! You failed to provide cause! [screaming] Can I talk to you? Can I talk to you, please? No? So, none of these officers want to investigate. Do you guys know what an investigation is? No? Do you know what reasonable articulable suspicion is? Do you know what probable cause is? Cuz stating a law isn't probable cause. You got to actually state the act that gives cause. You have stated no act and pulling up to me knowing that I have a suspended license to arrest me on a suspended license, which is not an arrestable offense, is by definition harassment of the police. You guys should know this. You guys are acting on the orders of people that have no authority to give you these orders. The education system has no authority. Piece of [ __ ] >> [clears throat] >> So, you guys going to end up looking on my phone and deleting the video when you find it? Is that what's going to happen? Yeah? Because the video proves that you guys are wrong. It shows a guy stepping in front of my car, which is illegal. I want to press charges. I also want to press charges for a false report. False report. Yeah. Morons. Do you guys have evidence of what you're claiming? No, you don't. Is anyone ever going to be smart enough to tell me what the raz is? No? Too stupid to give raz? Incompetent? Don't know the law you enforce? Typical. Are all your names going to be on the report? Huh? Are all your names going to be on the report? Of course. Why aren't you guys investigating? Cuz there's a bigger issue here. Okay, that's that's something we're going to have to take up with Deputy Ward, all right? So, I'm going to Hey. Hey, obviously he's not caring. He didn't want to see the video. He broke my window. You'll have You'll have an opportunity to speak to counsel. All right. You guys can stop a lawsuit right now by looking at the video. Okay, I'm going to close this again, all right? Hey, okay, you guys are going to be included in a civil suit. Pieces of trash. You're going to be listed in a civil suit that includes the education board that has been harassing me for a year and a half now and it includes a video of an officer already harassing me and walking away because you can't do [ __ ] This is harassment. Incompetent ass mother >> [clears throat] >> No cause Got the false report on video or the false claim on video. I've got proof I didn't do what they're claiming. >> [laughter] >> So this guy literally stepped in front of my car to make this false report. And I've got video evidence of it. Oh, you guys are incompetent. Oh my god. Do you know how to conduct an investigation? You ever going to conduct that investigation? So do you know how to conduct an investigation? There's video evidence that shows that the guy made eat a false report on my phone. All this can end if you actually do your job and do an investigation, but you won't because you're incompetent. That's why you couldn't even give proper, reasonable, articulable suspicion. Do you even know what those words mean? I don't think you do. Oh yeah, I do. Because you think just stating what what did you say I did? You don't want to talk to you about this so I don't have to talk to you anymore. I'm talking about it right now, dumbass. You don't want to do your job and conduct an investigation. There's a false report that's that is going to be found out about right here and I want to press charges. Oh, you guys almost left my hat. >> You know what? Here, put it in the car. Yeah. How'd you learn how to investigate? Cuz you're not very good at it. You're quite stupid, actually. Really stupid. Like completely You do know that the uh education board, the principal, has no authority, right? And you do know it's a crime to uh make a false report? And I've got evidence of that false report because I never endangered anyone. So, who's making the claim? Okay, so while we're in route, I got two trespass notifications for you. One from the district >> Ah. and from the sheriff's department. >> Oh, yeah. I would have to actually commit a crime. Both of them state and make it a crime to be on campus at either Glacier View Junior High or Timber Ridge High School. Oh. So, I can't conduct my legal business because of harassment. >> pick up your child in the neighborhood across the street. You can't be on campus. >> You guys are going to be involved in a lawsuit. Right. You would know that if you watched the video. You can clearly see that uh the person that I know made the report stepped in front of my vehicle while I was moving, while impeding my flow of travel. Both of those are are crimes. You know that, right? Okay. Okay. I'm [ __ ] So, I just say, "Okay." Don't know how to do my job. Can't watch a simple video. It's only 30 seconds. Oh. Your stupidity is beyond you. Can you define what raz is? Since you think I don't know what it means. No. Would you be willing to do so uh understand when I call you? No, I don't want to talk. Yeah, cuz you're stupid. Do you know what probable cause is? You know you have to have evidence to have probable cause? That's the whole reasonable articulable suspicion part. You have to have actual evidence, not just say it exists. You know that, right? No? You don't know that? Obviously. Cuz I'm in this car right now. And I've got evidence against your claims sitting right there in your front seat. Oh, unless you try to delete it. Is that what you guys plan to do? Delete the video? Love it if you guys did that. That'd make it even worse. Go ahead, do that. You know this is called wrongful imprisonment? It's illegal. And you do know that it's called conspiracy for two government agencies to act together to harass someone? That's called conspiracy. You know that, right? No, you don't. You're too stupid. Why would cops have brains? They don't listen as good that way. Why'd you go this way? This is the worst way to go. Especially this time. You were stupid, just like everything else you do. Cuz we're following a bunch of buses that are stopping, a bunch of kids that are turning into the neighborhoods. So, what did you guys do with my son? Wife's been notified that your son needs to be picked up. So, uh did you guys falsely imprison him while you arrested me? Did you call him to the principal's? You guys were here, prepared, you guys had a plan, you worked with the principal. The principal that has already shown me clear disdain of the Constitution. I swear you were there that day. Oh, I'm bleeding. You cut my finger. I knew you cut my finger. You mother Conspiracy. Interesting. So, you ever going to actually give me the redress for your probable cause? You're supposed to produce it when you arrest me, actually, you dumb mother Uh you have to be able to reasonably articulate that suspicion to me so that I can comply, but you didn't. You didn't. You were supposed to give me that information so that I say, "Oh, yeah, you actually have a law that works against me. Okay, I comply." And that's what I was trying to do, but you wouldn't because you're too f- stupid. And then you say I don't know what those words are. But yeah, you can't define them and you could not actually practice the practice it in the course of your duty. It's quite pathetic. What? You You get like bad grades throughout your whole life in in school like Did you go to college? You're You're displaying some major stupidity. Do you know about the case law that has to do with this? No? You don't know about case law that says that you officers have to actually articulate the cause? Of course I do, yes. Oh, no, you have to articulate it before arresting someone. They have to know that you actually have cause to arrest them. Because we have the right to resist when you have no cause. You do know that, right? There's been court precedents set across the whole country. I'm sorry. Don't Huh, arbitrary. Who cares about doing your job, right? Do you care about your constitution? No? You just work and support liberal agendas? Harassing people just trying to live their life? Do you even have proof that I did anything? No? Do you have any witnesses? No? No witnesses? You only have the complainant. Hm. A government employee the only complainant using education assigned security to harass me. Hm. That really doesn't look good for you guys. Not at all. Not at all. You should read up on uh Razz. It would be good information to have. Instead of being stupid. Were you the guy that uh Now, talk to me last year? I'm going to find out either way. Were you the officer that uh pulled me over last year and had to walk away? See, you don't want to say because you were. Weren't you? And if you were, that means this is 100% harassment. Were you? You know what I'm talking about. I swear it was you. You look familiar. And then your supervisor came. And your supervisor told you that uh I broke no law. And he told you that you need to back off. And then you said, "You can go." You yelled it from your car. Couldn't even be respectful and come walk and say, "Sorry, sir. I was mistaken." Nope. Do you remember that? No? Where you blocked access to public property, which is a federal crime, by the way. You know that, right? Last year you committed a federal crime to harass me on the orders of a school principal. That's pretty bad. That's literally what communists do. They don't like you, so they create ways to attack you using the law. And then they decide to ignore evidence. Yeah. Cuz this all could have been avoided if you just looked at the video footage. Which is what you're supposed to do when investigating. But you're too incompetent. So, at what point do you plan on looking at the video footage? I already looked at it. >> No, you didn't. There's no video footage that you've seen. You got on my phone? What video footage did you see? Because there is none. There's no cameras facing there. The only camera that was involved was my cell phone. >> Okay. You think that'd be wrong? Oh, I know it. I know it. And I also have a statement from the the complainant that destroys his credibility. I have evidence against you stupid [ __ ] But why would we look at that evidence? Who cares? So what? Was there a camera 100 ft away and you think that it gives you enough view to to make a call? You're if if that's the case, you're a [ __ ] idiot. That'll get ripped apart in the court. Especially paired with my video footage that you refuse to look at because you're too incompetent to do your job. You're bad police, you know that, right? You suck at your job so they place you at the school because you're a [ __ ] You can't do anything right or else you'd be on a better beat, wouldn't you? Or in a unit? But you're not. You work at a [ __ ] school. What kind of failure could you be? Have an idea? You're taking orders from a school principal. You're not investigating the supposed crime even after someone's telling you that there's a false report, which is an even bigger crime. You know that, right? A false report is a felony. You know that, right? And you are a tool in that felony. And because you're complacent, because you keep claiming there's evidence when there isn't and you refuse to look at the evidence, you're complacent. So you're part of this plan which makes it conspiracy. Conspiracy to falsely imprison someone based on not liking them. That's pretty pathetic. Got to be a little little to have a problem with that. Don't be surprised when you're in court and getting reamed over how stupid you are. Principal's going to lose his job, too. The teacher, too. So, when was this complaint called in? Sir? When was the complaint called in? When was the complaint called in? See? See, you know you know the implications are bad when you just refuse. When was the complaint called in? When was the complaint called in? Today? Or did you guys take a whole ass day to plan this? And failed to investigate. I'll get all the answers. You guys will get in trouble for it. I'm sure this ain't the first time you've done something stupid, either. Oh, wait. If you're the cop from last year, I know that's true. Cuz you think you can trespass someone for simply entering public property. Then when you found out found out that you couldn't, you and the principal y'all set up a situation so that you can make a false claim saying that I endangered people. Too bad I got video footage of it. The only way you would feel comfortable in this situation is if you know you're going to delete it. When that's proven, if you do, that's huge. That's another felony. So, do you plan on committing more felonies? Do you Do you like being a criminal in blue? Yeah? Looking down on other people while actually being the worst criminal of all? Wolf in sheep's clothing? You do know I have video footage of you last year, too, right? And that's going to work against you. Because the fact that you are the arresting officer on this, and you harassed me last year, that that is uh harassment. You stopping me last year with no cause was harassment. You're doing this is harassment. Yeah. It's all harassment. But you're too stupid to know the legal definition of harassment, aren't you? Well, police harassment, I should say. And because there's two government entities involved, it's even worse. Like I said, it makes it a conspiracy. Conspiracy to kidnap and falsely imprison with intent to do harm. Seeming you were so gung-ho to break my window without providing probable cause, that kind of shows that you had intent to do harm. You You didn't waste a second, did you, [ __ ] Yeah. You didn't waste a second. Hey. Maybe you should stop looking at your screen while you're driving. That's not very safe. And you're going to read while driving? You know that's illegal, right? You pull people over for that, right? You know you're beholding to the law as well, right? And I am witnessing you break the law right here in front of me. If you want to read [ __ ] you can pull over just like you guys tell everyone else. Yep, keep Keep looking over at other screens, reading, breaking the law that you enforce. Is there a camera that watches you? I already know the answer. It's no. Cuz why would we want to catch you guys breaking the law? Okay? Right. Do you know how to use a blinker? You haven't used a blinker since uh we've been in the car. You got You do know that you're supposed to use blinkers, right? Is it legal to switch lanes without a blinker? You pull people over for that, right? You're not a real cop. Of course you don't. I will call out everything you're doing that's illegal. Still looking at a screen while you're driving. Yep, still looking at screen while driving. Not paying attention to the road. Oh, and you started going before even looking at the road. Oh. Oh, god. You're a stupid one. Still looking at that screen, playing on that laptop a lot while on on the road behind the wheel. And you're not going to stop either, huh? You'd pull someone over real quick if you saw this. Still looking at the computer. Not paying attention to where he's going. And you're still looking at the screen. It's just me. You love me so much you got to stare at me? You might want to focus on the road, too. You going to merge without a blinker, too? Yep, going to merge without a blinker, too. Mhm. Cops think they're above the law. Don't know it, why would they uh actually follow it? And you switched lanes without a blinker, too, huh? You should really just focus on that road. Staring at the screen and it's not a good idea. There's nothing there. Still looking at a screen that's not telling you nothing. Stop looking at that screen, [ __ ] It's illegal. Keep your eyes on the [ __ ] road. How many other road laws you going to [ __ ] break? Why do you even need to look at that screen? It's showing you nothing. If you can't resist looking at the screen while driving right now while there's nothing on it, how often do you look at it while there's something on it while there isn't someone holding you accountable? Huh? Piece of [ __ ] Yeah, you swerved a lot. Find that urge to look at the screen, aren't you? Do you not like being held accountable? You seem quite frustrated. Oh, look. Looking at it again. Oh. Or so you go and harass people because you're bored? You're bored by this conversation. Okay. You're not even conversing. You couldn't even provide probable cause. You don't even know what probable cause is. Yes, you stupid. Going to switch lanes again without blinker? Look at that [ __ ] that can't drive. Oh, yeah. No blinker. Woo. How many How many road violations we going to get today? Man. Three lane changes without a blinker at the same time. At least you stopped in each lane. I've seen cars just jump all the way over cuz they think they can you know, do what they want. Going to merge here without a blinker, too? No blinker. Who cares about the law? Oh, you police are pathetic. Still looking over at that laptop that's got nothing on it. This camera is still recording, right? Been recording since I turned it on. >> That's really not an answer. But, okay. You just can't resist looking at that that screen, can you? Man, you really just can't resist looking at that screen. Yeah, it's it's funny breaking the law, isn't it? Yeah? Think you're above it? Man, I should have counted. Should have counted how many times you had to look at that screen. I guess I can count after watching the video. Man, you guys did this during a time where the education boards are doing some really nasty [ __ ] Breaking all kinds of laws across the state, too. This is some good timing, you know that, right? Got schools violating the First Amendment by compelling children to protest. Violation of three different WAC codes. And now we got the Oh, another time looking at the screen. Now we got uh What's the word? Two agencies working together to harass random person for no reason. No reason at all. No reason at all. Too stupid to look at the evidence. Not having probable cause, which you don't have. And you couldn't articulate that cause. You know what articulate means? Probably not. Not like you got any kind of notice you can respond to it. You got someone in the back. No reason to look at it at all. When you find out this was all a farce and the complainant made a false report, are you going to apologize? Or do you not care about uh falsely arresting someone? Just another day, right? Who cares about messing with someone's life for no reason? At the behest of someone who has a grudge. Now I got plenty of evidence of that grudge. Oh, got multiple videos of that teacher harassing me. Yep. I also have another encounter where he actually he tried to do the very thing he just did. Step in front of my car while it was moving. It's not the driver's fault when someone willfully, purposefully steps in front of their car. Actually, that's illegal. But, you're arresting me. Interesting. It's like you don't know the law or care for the law at all. Which our last encounter last year is evidence of that. Staring at your phone. Is that your personal phone? Or is that your work phone? What does it matter to you? Actually, it does if I am to FOIA request it. If you're using your personal phone while at work, yeah, it's subject to FOIA request. Did you know that? Probably not. So, you're not going to tell me? Oh, is is that yeah? Uh You won't think it's boring when you're having to go to court constantly to explain why you uh falsely arrest someone and her and uh arrested them without cause, refusing to do a proper investigation. I told you of evidence that proves to the contrary of your assertion. And you ignored it and you have an obligation to actually review that footage. That's why it's called an investigation. But, you're not smart enough to understand that, are you? Nah. Oop. Cuz cops aren't smart. That's why they're cops. Most of them are freaks. They don't care for the law. They just like bullying people. It's like bullying people using the law even though that uh the law doesn't apply. Likely couldn't do anything else in life or you were injured. Sports injury in high school? You're a big dude. That seems quite possible. Uh zero brain cells, short temper. Wow, is this the first time you're using your blinker? You do know how how use your blinker. Man, what is that? We drove what, 20 miles and you just now used a blinker? Jesus Christ. Then miraculously, after one entire hour of non-stop ranting, he stops talking. Uh, sweet silence. For the final 4 and 1/2 minutes of their drive, he doesn't say a word. But their arrival at the station gets this motor mouth started again. Your body cam still on? No. They don't allow body cameras in here. Talk. There's recordings in here though? You do understand that the two counts of driving while suspended is also evidence of overcharging, right? How do you get two counts of driving on a suspended? You You didn't even pull me over. You You found me in a parking lot. >> [laughter] >> Oh god, you're just too stupid. Well, now it's Mr. There's a mess there. He was charged with reckless driving, driving suspended, and obstruction resisting arrest. At the station, he failed to complete booking at the booking bar. He was provided with a copy of the criminal trespass notification and a school district notice of trespass effective through June 30th, 2027. He wanted to be a martyr [music] for the Constitution. Instead, he's just the guy who had to pay for a new window and a tow truck. >> [crying] [music] >> Woo.
