Watch how quickly things changed when this young kid began filming a questionable arrest. The officers immediately got aggressive, but it ultimately backfired and left them embarrassed. >> Cuz I have the right to record. You walked into my space. I said you couldn't record. >> I know. I know. AND YOU WALKED AND YOU KEEP walking up on me when the investigation is over there. I'm recording everything that's going, sir. That blue sign is for anything else. >> And that's illegal. That's illegal. You're wrong. I'm sorry. You're all wrong. Do you have a supervisor? He is a supervisor. >> Okay. Do you have another supervisor because clearly you don't respect the badge enough to know your law. When I tell you where to stand >> Sir, it's not when you tell me. It's what the law tells me. It's what the law tells me. You are not the Constitution, sir. I'm sorry. I know my Constitution. My father I have family that are police. My auntie is a Texas Ranger, sir. You walked into my space. Why is he being detained? Listen to me. You can go to jail for interfering. >> Sir, I'm not going to jail for interference. You're going to make an unlawful arrest if you bother me with that. I'm talking to the officer who made the arrest. You have nothing to do with this. Okay, so can you tell me why he's being detained? >> Yes, for pedestrian in a roadway and failure to ID. >> How is a pedestrian in a roadway when there are no sidewalks? That's illegal. You're making a false arrest right now and I have all of this on camera. Where where where else is he supposed Where else is he supposed Where else is he supposed to walk, sir? Step on people's property? You really could have gave him a warning. You really didn't have to arrest him. You make cops look bad, bro. I swear to God. The law decides authority, not the badge.
