brother's girlfriend was behind him. Well, she reached over and my husband and just started beating on me. So, me and her are like fist fighting and they've got dogs. The dogs are attacking me. And so, me and her are going at it. And then I get away from her and I'm like, "Brian, can I don't mean to touch you." I'm like, "Brian, like, please. I The kids in the car like you need to come home." And he's like, "I can tell he's drunk." On July 13th, 2024, shots rang out after a wife tracked her drunk husband to his aranged brother's house. Fists flew, dogs bit, and her husband [music] fired a gun. What began as a pickup turned into handcuffs. Watch the video to see the family feud explode. >> You want to hop out of the car for me? >> Yeah. >> Back here and talk to me. All right. >> Okay. I just I just need a second. >> Okay. >> Right now. >> You want to put the tailgate down? Sit down on it for me. >> Okay. >> That way you can take a couple breaths for me. Okay. >> Am I very panicky, anxious right now? >> You want to have medic come check you out? >> No. >> Are you sure? >> Yeah. I just This is a night come help. >> Okay. >> So, >> all right. So, what happened then? So me and my husband got into it at our house and he left and I know he has to work in the morning. He's estranged from his brother. These people cost us hell for many years. So I knew he was here and I was trying to get him home because we are self-employed. Like he has to work in the morning like I and I know he's been drinking. So I just my sister's here with our kids. I just wanted to get him home. And so I called his brother on my way here trying to talk with his brother to speak with Brian and I I get there and I see Brian and I'm like trying to get him like can you come talk to me like I have our kids in the car? Yes. And it was like I think him his brother was here and his brother's girlfriend was behind him. Well, she reached over and my husband and just started beating on me. So me and her are like fist fighting and they've got dogs. The dogs are attacking me and so me and her are going at it and then I get away from her and I'm like Brian can I don't mean to touch you. I'm like Brian like please I the kids in the bar like you need to come home and he's like I can tell he's drunk and he's like no like we're done. Like >> was Brian home when this is going on? >> Brian's at his brother's house. This is his brother's house. Brian came to Ber's house few beers. >> Well, to just leave >> and he needs to work in the morning. Like I said, we're self-employed. My one son has a [clears throat] birthday party in the morning. Like, he does not need to be here. >> But my sister came with my kids to try and drag his truck, you know what I mean? And get him home. And so, I have not spoken with these people in years. Like I said, this there's big backstory here. They've tormented us. So Brian's your husband, right? What's Brian's last name? >> So, um I I don't I don't know if the dog got me. Yeah. Like I don't I can feel it now. It's burning. Um >> I'm still trying to talk with Brian and every chance she gets, she comes up. like she got me in my eye and that's when my glasses flew off and I'm like having to deal with her to get her off of me to speak with Brian and then that's when his brother's like you know you're trespassing here I can tase you shoot you whatever and I'm like my sister poor sister got out of the car she's so do [ __ ] trying to like you mean like >> this wife rolled up like a onewoman rescue squad kids in tow begging her sloshed husband to ditch the family feud reunion but the second she stepped into that garage the brother's girlfriend turned into a human tornado, swinging wildly. She's out here pleading for her bread winner to clock in tomorrow and they repay her with bruises and bullet echoes. Classic in-law hospitality. >> Get Brian to leave with us type thing. And I'm like, leave my sister alone. Like, she's no part of this. And is his the whole time his girlfriend's still, you know what I mean, trying to get at me this whole time. And I'm like, when I saw like me and Brian weren't getting anywhere, I'm like, "All right, we're just going to go." And so he his brother I think had firecrackers cuz he threw one down and I looked behind me to see like you know what I mean what's behind me and I think his brother was throwing firecrackers but then my Brian pulled out a gun and he started blah blah blah blah blah and then that's when I got in the truck and his girlfriend's coming out and I'm just like dude we're leaving and then when I just inched over here cuz this is like too much for me. He's shooting a gun off. Uh, they're all been drinking. Like, my husband's just shooting a gun off at us. Like, this is too much. >> How do you spell Brian's name? Is it B Y N B R Y A N? And so, I we got in the truck and we like inched forward and I immediately called you guys cuz I'm like, I don't even know what to make of all of this. Like, this is too much for me. Like, I don't have my glasses on. Like, you know what I mean? Like, I came here to talk to my my husband and uh yeah, like you know what I mean? And uh the dogs >> she was hitting you in the face as well. >> Yeah, she I feel it right here is where and then the dogs were biting me and I'm just like looking at everybody like is nobody going to like stop any of this? I'm going to talk with my husband. >> She don't know where I'm >> and I think there might be a dog bite. >> Yeah. And so multiple dogs on top. >> I think there's at least I don't know. It happens happened also but I just came here to get my husband. >> Let me get Let me just make sure I got the story short. Okay. So, you came here, right? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> What time did you get here? >> I found my sister. Like, I'm so sorry. Was it just recently? Yeah. Like, it just this all happened. Like, I was there 5 minutes and then I immediately called you guys. So, I don't even know whatever this man is. >> You get here and you're trying to talk to Brian, right? >> I'm trying to get Brian to leave with us to come home because >> Brian's brother's girlfriend is the one that >> behind and and and just started trying to suck our like beat the [ __ ] out of me. And I'm just What's her name? Like even when I called you guys and we started inching forwards. I'm like I don't know where to go. Like she even came up to the truck like when and I don't know if they heard it on the phone. So we just I didn't know she was going to key my truck or what. And I'm just like we just started inching forward. But it's like my husband and I got into it earlier like he does not need to be here. Like he needs to be at home so he can work in the morning. Like this is why like I didn't walk in asking for this. Like I asked to speak with my husband on the phone. on you. I mean to try and speak with my husband that we can come get him and bring him home cuz he has to work. Like we rely on him. He's the only person I don't work. Like between like being attacked when I come here to find my husband like they know his brother knew why I was here. You know what I mean? >> I have no idea. I honestly have no idea. Like like his brother 42 games >> like his brother. >> Officers played therapist on the tailgate while she spilled the tea. est strange psychos, firecracker decoys, and hubby popping off. Four shots, pause, then two more for emphasis. Nothing says family bonding like discharging a firearm mid meltdown. She's shaking yet still apologizing for existing. Someone crowned this lady saint of bad decisions. >> Knew I wanted to talk with Brian. >> Brian does not come here. Like these people are psychopaths. That's why they're not part of our lives. >> So, did all this happen outside of the house or was it inside? Where was it at? It was in their like pool barn area. >> In the pool barn? >> Yeah. Like I had I the door was open so like I went in. I don't know if that's a crime or not. Like I just came here to get my husband. >> Well, we're going to go make contact with him here shortly. Okay. >> I just want my husband. My husband does not need to stay here. >> Is there a firearm in the truck? >> I don't think so. >> Is this his truck? >> This is one we both have. And he does have a CCW. >> Okay. So, >> how many how many shots do you think we shot approximately? four and then four or five and then he stopped a second then he did it two or three more times. Like I said, he does not need to be here. I'm just trying to get him home. But like he's been drinking and with those people like this is like this is this is what happens with those people. Am I in trouble for anything? Did I do something wrong? >> No, you're the victim. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Anybody showing up to their house? Was that wrong on me? >> No, you went to pick up your husband. There's nothing wrong. >> Okay. >> Have you had anything drinks on it? >> No. Okay. >> If you want I can do a breathalyzer. I don't drink. >> I'm not not concerned. I don't see any signs. >> Okay. >> That would be the only thing if you're driving. I'm >> very anxiety triggering right now. >> You're okay. Just calm down. Breathe. We can have squat and check you out. No issues. >> I don't want I don't want >> You got any water in the truck? >> No. I just I was trying to be calm and not gripe with my kids. But I'm like >> I'm a very excited freaking person. Like this is just too much for me. Like this is just too much for me. >> What did you see? >> All right. So, how do Adam or do you think we ought to approach this? >> We do have two riot shields. So, if we want to approach it that way, we can. Or we can try to give him a phone call, have him come out with his hands up. >> All three. Just the three adults, right? >> Three adults is all we know. >> Kids there. >> Kids are in the back of the truck right now. >> I don't know if there's any other kids there. I don't know if Terry and uh Britney have any kids there. >> Let's Let's find out from the victim. Okay. >> You know, she should know whether or not they've got kids. Let's just Let's just clear that up. And uh we need to get get clarification as to whether or not I mean because she can refuse charges against the the the female. >> She can refuse charges against the female, >> right? >> Um but u you know Brian's a domestic so >> correct. >> Well, we we'll set up at the property line. Um >> and if it doesn't look like we're going to do anything with Terry, um I think we have anything on Terry. So right now it's just Britney and uh Brian, >> right? So then so then Terry can stay in the house. Um, we'll try to get a hold of each of them on the phone. >> Okay. >> Just just explain to them what we need. Um, >> with the nature, do you want to go ahead and have Terry come out also with guns being involved? That way we have all eyes on all three of them. >> Yeah. I mean, that would that wouldn't be a bad idea. We can just have him out front. But, but ideally, uh, >> that way we can at least see his hands, make sure he doesn't have firearm. >> Yeah. Let's just make sure the dogs are inside. But, yeah, we can we can have a conversation with everybody and let let them know, you know, I mean, it it's okay to let them let them know that we're coming. Cops huddled up, debating the situation with each other, while the wife kept insisting she's the victim here. Plot twist. Everyone's a victim in their own Netflix special. Meanwhile, the kids are probably live streaming the whole fiasco from the truck. Modern parenting at its finest. >> At minimum, we got Brian going to jail for domestic at minimum. >> Yeah. Yep. All units are going to make contact. Hey, Brian, this is County Sheriff's Office. That's the front of the house. off the front of the house. >> The shields get in front. >> Door's opening up. >> [music] >> This I got pressure approaching now. Now she found a PX. [music] Good. [music] >> It's unlocked. You ready? Sheriff's office. [music] Come out here. >> What's going on? >> Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. >> All right. All right. All right. [music] There. >> No problem. No problem. >> Turn around. >> Turn around. >> No problem. How we doing, fellas? >> No problem. >> Turn around. Turn around. Place your hands on the door. Everybody's being [music] here. No problem. What's supposed to do here? >> I got him. >> All right. Hands behind your back, ma'am. >> You're being detained. >> We have No problem. >> I have a pistol and it's on the table in the CCW. Can you load your weapon? How many sir? >> I'm on. [music] [music] >> This is our home. >> I know. >> Yeah. This is my house. Okay. What's Terry's relationship to you? >> Your boyfriend? Uh >> uh partner for 20 [music] years. >> Okay. >> Y'all were being caught out here. >> No, no clue. >> My wife. You already know why you're here. >> Yep, I do. Officers move in cautiously, using shields for protection and successfully make contact with the individuals at the property. Brian and others are instructed to turn around and place their hands on the door, ensuring safety and control. A firearm is disclosed and officers confirm relationships, establishing context for the domestic dispute while maintaining calm, clear communication throughout the intervention. Door cracks open and out stumbles hubby. Zero urgency, full denial, acting like the cuffs are just chunky bracelets. His I didn't touch that girl sentence was quite heartbreaking. That girl, his wife, the mother of his kids, bro just speed ran the divorce papers with one sentence. Cops found his CCW on the table like it's a coaster. Real responsible gun owner energy. >> Do you want to give me your side of the story or not? >> Uh, I'd just like to know what's going on, why I'm in handcuffs. >> Okay, I'll read you this real quick. >> Hey, you ain't welcome in there. Don't walk in my garage like that. >> Really? >> That's rude as [ __ ] man. Come on now. >> If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any question if you wish. >> We're good. >> You have the right to don't move. >> You have the right to legal representation by a county public defender if you so desire. You understand? >> John Paul Ryan. >> Do you understand? >> Yes, sir. >> Extend your eyes. Yep. >> You not want to talk to me? >> No, I'm good, man. I'm extremely agitated right now. >> That's fine. >> All right. You're being placed under arrest for domestic violence tonight. >> Domestic violence? >> That's funny cuz um [music] I didn't touch that girl. All right. >> All right. >> It's interesting. >> Yep. >> Arrest my brother for domestic violence. That [ __ ] >> Megan. >> Yeah. She's crazy. This is what >> That's okay, honey. Just calm down. We're going to get it handled. >> Can you please let me go? This is my home. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Nobody touch Megan. >> Go ahead and stand up for me. >> Thank you. >> We're going to I'm going to take you out front. Yeah. Do you have shoes or something? Cuz I don't want you to have to walk through gravel and your bare feet cuz we need to talk a little more before we decide on what's going to happen. Okay. Am I leaving my home? >> No, that hadn't been decided yet. We'll we'll talk about it here in a second. Okay. >> How would I leave my home? >> I said that hasn't been decided yet. >> You guys are technically trespassing on my property. >> Right here. >> And you guys should not be beyond the gate. >> Okay. >> There is no trespassing signs beyond that. >> It's okay, mama. Just let them do what they got to do. We'll be going in a minute. Sorry, man. I'm being nasty. >> Okay, hang tight. We'll be back with you in a little bit. >> I don't like none of this. I feel like it's a show of force. Is something going on here? Is >> Well, we we wouldn't we wouldn't have had to show any force, you know, had had anybody answered phone calls and and then >> Well, I didn't have a phone call. I never see >> we're just we're just being safe. >> That's all. All right. Cuz we we we uh we got a report that shots have been fired here on the property. So because of that, we we we have to be safe. >> Okay. >> All right. >> No problems. Okay. >> No problems. >> What am I being arrested for? >> You're being arrested for assault right now. >> Assault? >> Yes. when this girl came to my house and assaulted me. >> She's saying that >> over her boyfriend that is in my home. >> Okay. >> Brother's girlfriend demanded squad for her mystery lumps while claiming self-defense against the audacity of being asked to leave. She attacked me in my own garage. Ma'am, trespassing doesn't grant you a free punch card. Both women swearing the other through first. Meanwhile, the only thing flying faster than fists was accountability. You want me? >> How am I being arrested? >> So, what happened? Tell me the story. What happened? >> She came here for Brian, which is Ter's brother. >> Okay. >> Out of nowhere. And I asked her to leave and she started punching me on the top of my head. I have literal lumps. Like, if you pull my bangs back, you can feel them even. You want to be checked out by squad? Go ahead. >> You want a squad to check you out? >> Yeah. Like I did not do anything. She did this. >> Okay, hang on one second. You do want to be checked out by squad though, right? >> I I don't really I mean I'm okay. >> Do you want a squad to come check me out? >> How am I arrested for somebody that killed my knee? Am I >> What happened to your knee? You have some blood on it. >> What's that from? >> I went to the ground with her. Okay. So, you two were fighting each other. >> She can tell you that she came and attacked me. >> Okay. She's telling me that she was trying to talk to Brian and that you came out from behind Brian and punched her in the face. >> That's insane. >> Now, you're saying >> Ask Brian. >> You're saying that she punched you? >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. So, tell me what happened when it came to the fighting. >> She came in the garage out of nowhere, started talking to Brian. I stood up. She hit me. >> Okay. Okay. Was this in the house or is this in the barn? >> In the garage. >> In the garage. Yes. >> Okay. You just said house. I need to make sure I have everything right. >> Not at the house. >> In the garage. >> I'm not going to comply. We're not going to act like this. There is no reason to be like this. This is too far. If you guys can let me out the cuffs and let my people out the cuffs, I will comply. No problem. But I'm not going to listen to this. This is ridiculous. And I think it's a show of force. And I am 100% going to have a lawyer on this tomorrow. We have Clark County. I'm in Bethl Township. >> Mhm. >> Bethl Township. Clark County over here. So where are you guys out of? >> So Miami County Sheriff's Office. >> Miami County. Miami County. >> Mhm. >> Cool. >> Cool. So you guys have no jurisdiction. Are you guys welcome here and my property by any means? I mean, you you realize you're actually in Miami County, right? >> No, I'm actually in Bethl Township, Clark County. Clark County is what this is. Run my run my house. Run my house right now. >> You might have a new car address, but this is Miami County. Your zip code doesn't doesn't determine where you actually live. >> You're physically in Miami County. >> Okay. Well, if you guys want to pull me out of these cuffs, I'll I'll 100% comply. I'm not going to comply right now. >> Okay. >> Not going to listen. >> Brian, you can go ahead and uncuff them. Okay. >> Thank you. Appreciate it. >> Do you mind uncuffing my people also, please? >> No, that's not going to happen. >> Brother Terry struts out. Suddenly, a constitutional scholar arguing jurisdiction like he's on the Supreme Court. You're in Miami County. Run my address, sir. The only thing getting run tonight is your mouth. He's offering full compliance if everyone else gets uncuffed first. Bold strategy. Blackmail the cops holding the keys. Someone get this man a participation trophy in delusion. >> What? Why? >> Well, you got to cuff my girl. That way we can talk about this. >> Okay. Well, uh well, you you're you're uh sir Britney, who's your girlfriend? She's being charged with with assaulting your brother's >> assault. >> Assaulting your sister-in-law. >> She trespassed on our property. There is no You can drop your hands. >> There's my hands. >> You can drop your hands. >> You want You want Hey, you're not under arrest. You want to talk to us about what happened? >> Yep. Yep. No problem. You guys want to hear it? >> Yeah. Go ahead and start Go ahead and start with when um your sister-in-law showed up on showed up on our property and walked on to our property screaming and yelling and we asked her to leave immediately. >> Okay. So when we asked her to leave immediately her sister was the one that grabbed her and took her to a truck like a F I would say a Z71 >> like a 1500 over that way >> and they backed out and left. >> That's that's all that happened. >> That's all that happened. >> Britney didn't get into a fight with with Megan. >> No, I didn't. I never seen a fight. I never seen a fight. >> Okay. Was Was there a fight though? >> I never seen a fight. Nope. Never seen it. >> Were Were you ever out front? >> Out front? No, we was in the garage. >> You guys were all in the garage. My garage is bigger than my house. >> Okay. >> We was in the garage. >> So Megan was in the garage with you guys at one point. >> Uh Megan uh legally came on my property and she walked onto my property and started yelling at my brother, which my brother Brian was the one to tell her like, "Please leave." and she didn't comply immediately. >> And when the girls started arguing, that's it. There was like an argument and they went back and forth verbally verbally. >> And then they make a left. >> All right. At what point did uh at what point did your brother pull his pistol out and fire it? >> I never heard no guns fired. I never heard none of that. >> Right. Cuz all I have to do is go next door and knock on doors and say, "Do you guys heard gunshots?" >> That's fine. You can go ask whoever you want to ask. You know what I mean? I mean, we shoot over here all the time. We do puppets. >> Not not at 2:00 in the morning. >> We do fireworks. What time is it right now? >> What time is it right now? I have to look at my phone. >> Right. Exactly. >> What time you >> So, what we're talking about 2 hours ago when Megan showed up. >> So, this show was 2 hours ago. >> She was Yeah, probably 2 hours ago when she showed up. Okay. >> She was hostile. She came in the hospital. >> Did you have your dogs out? >> My dogs was outside. >> Okay. Did your dogs by chance >> because of because of the argument with uh with Megan and Britney, did your dogs by chance bite Megan? >> Not a chance. I immediately pulled them off and I was like, there's no >> Why did you have to pull them off? >> Terry's now rewriting history. No fight, no gunshots, just fireworks and polite conversation. Neighbors heard explosions at 2 am, but sure must have been sparklers. Dogs, model citizens, never bite. Britney, pacifist monk. The denial is thicker than the beer sweat in that garage. These three deserve an Oscar for best fiction in a real life drama. >> Well, I Well, the females was yelling. You know, the females get loud. Megan was screaming, so I pulled the dogs. I didn't pull them. I never touch them. >> Okay? You know, my dogs, listen, if you pay attention right now, my dogs will, if I let them out right now, they don't they don't bite. They don't jump on people. >> Well, I wasn't saying all that to to to tell you that I was going to do anything with your dogs. >> All right. Since the allegation is that your dogs bit, Megan, all right, you're going to have to make sure the dogs stay quarantine. >> Not a chance. >> They need to stay quarantined for 10 days. >> Good luck. You tell them to come take my dogs. It doesn't work like that. It's not. My dogs didn't bite me. Nobody. >> Listen to me. They get quarantined here. You have to You have to quarantine them here. They can't have any contact with anybody else. >> I'm done listening. Are you guys okay? Are we good here? >> All right. >> Cuz you can talk to my lawyer. You know what I mean? We'll go ahead and talk to the lawyer. Is that what we need to do here? >> All right. Do you have anything? >> Do you personally have any firearms in the house? >> Not a chance. >> You don't? >> Nope. >> Okay. >> Was it empty when you found it or was it >> Was it empty when you found it? how many >> seven on the chamber. >> So full mag. >> No. >> No. The thumb had been shot. >> Pistol recovered. Full mag minus the party favors hubby gifted the sky. Dogs get a 10-day quarantine vacation. Terry threatens lawyers and the wife gets trespassed from the property she never wanted to visit. Divorce the husband, block the in-laws, and invest in a good therapist. Some families aren't worth the ammo. The woman was charged with assault for physically attacking the victim. The victim's husband faced charges of aggravated menacing and domestic violence, and the victim was officially trespassed from the property.
