on October 6th 2024 police responded to a report from a residents in Ohio about a woman involved in a physical altercation with her parents oh no I did not I really did I don't know what they're doing about to leave I don't the incident began when police responded to reports of a woman physically fighting with her parents you inside when all this is going on yeah I think you in her like right now can you tell me what's going on real quick all you they're fighting they're fighting I excuse me upon arrival they found family members restraining her claiming she had broken a television and attempted to attack them the woman appeared disoriented and emotional repeatedly insisting she was being choked and attacked officers attempted to separate everyone to understand the situation who's fighting where what is going on okay we H her down okay she's G to go [Applause] out what what's going on what's going on why a nothing the roll with her I know you need to get up yeah cuz she Pok my TV in there she took that big thing right there try to hit me with it try to to TV I want her out here her and her girlfriend treasure come on over there come on get up the woman struggled to stand and claimed she couldn't breathe prompting EMS to check on her meanwhile other family members describ ongoing issues with her behavior stating that she frequently caused disturbances and had also been involved in a prior incident the day before her girlfriend who lived with her supported her claims but admitted that tensions had been escalating for some time get up off the floor she's not passed out no she's not huh treas get up yeah what come on let's go get up get up get up what are you doing sit up sit up she's saying she can't breathe all right we're going to have EMS show can you stand up please according to her parents the conflict began when she became agitated and started breaking objects including the television her father attempted to restrain her which she interpreted as an attack she insisted that she had been choked and beaten showing officers marks on her face and body however her parents argued that they were only trying to prevent further damage let's go outside and get some air we're going to talk to you out there come on let's go let's get up and go outside there's no room for me to even grab her up okay I need to get up and walk outside with this got to turn was him holding you down I to let's go outside let's go outside this we're as officers gathered statements it became clear that this was not the first time they had been called to the home the woman had a history of disputes with her parents and her behavior had been causing increasing stress in the household the father expressed concern for his wife's well-being stating that they were too old to deal with constant fighting so we can separate everybody and talk can you walk with us out there when we'll get it figured out we we'll talk to you guys in a second we'll try to get her out stand up just want to tell you I got you you need to start from the beginning we got take a couple deep breaths and get yourself together after evaluating the situation officers decided to arrest the woman on domestic violence charges she protested claiming she was the real victim and that her father had tried to kill her however the officers believed there was enough evidence to justify her arrest she was taken into custody while her parents were advised on how to obtain a restraining order you got her I'm going to go talk to this [Applause] girl okay so what was going on what cuz they started this yesterday okay so it's been going on since yesterday I haven't been we haven't been here so no I know but it's like she calls all the time like they didn't even show up last night cuz it's like they know that she I saw that officers were out here yesterday yeah that was um so what's going on what's going on today why are we all fighting her mom we all woke up we we rushed our team all that we were just getting ready to to just head out and go she her mom was just saying stuff and just messing with her okay but saying stuff you can ignore how did we get to the point where things are broken and people are punching and hitting each other he hasn't been saying nothing we stayed upstairs and they were saying stuff they just she her mom acts like a bully and then her dad like why are you putting your hands on her and then he water on me it's like I'm not going to do nothing go ahead have it but then why why what how did the TV and and everything else get broke because they just kept messing so she just slammed it because they were yelling at her no they just kept antagonizing her they're just talking to her messing with her just saying things and how did she end up in their bedroom I was out here you don't know okay yeah I really don't know but I'm just they're really they're weird they they they always mess with her especially her mom the family was left shaken with her father discussing plans to evict her permanently he expressed frustration over the repeated conflicts and the toll it was taking on their health he was advised on legal steps to remove her from the home if she returned after her release meanwhile officers instructed the woman on how to retrieve her belongings peacefully thanks he tried to kill me and I'm telling you she came in here and called her some your wife her mom her okay she hit hit the TV she hit your guys's TV here or there right okay and then what happened did you did you see what happened broke that TV sound like she called was this your mom in here yeah she called her name punched the TV she did that left then she came back in and she came in here she to break this one so I just start holding her down we trying to hold her down yeah I was in here trying to feed my son and make sure my cousin then I went in there they trying to hold her down but she did break this TV I don't know why she broke the TV no at first nothing else happened she just broke it yeah and then walked out and then she came back in went upstairs and saying where's her stuff where's her stuff and we like we don't know SC hold her down she was like trying to move for down got K she got k i she got K she fell over did you get hit in the face too or you scratch she does tre live here upstairs the we know where she her and her girlfriend here TR how did it go from the living room to their bedroom why were you why did you go make it in there cuz I was just asking for my my game and then he came in there t tling me what happened with the TV I don't did you the TV no I did not I really did I don't know what they're doing I just was about to leave I don't know like they're crazy like they trying to put me up through the B guy why was all of them in there like doing that like it only take one person he's choking me trying to kill me I'm telling you I wouldn't do this to myself well when I came in he was holding you down on the bed I no he was he was holding me choking me hitting me what where did I get this from okay when you came in but I'm telling you I saw trying to kill me he was one here one inside can you tell me a little bit what's going on they tried to kill me I can't breathe this case highlights the complexity of domestic disputes where both sides may feel victimized while the woman claimed she was being harmed her me I do do all right right the girl in here said they were the I mean it's bias yeah was saying that they got up they were brushing their teeth they getting their stuff to go and then the mom and dad kept saying stuff to him like she like no they just kept picking on her picking on picking on her and then she went crazy yeah broke TV and trying to hit him with a dumbell yeah I didn't hear that she didn't mention that your first name for me I think we were out here last night but I don't know what went on yesterday I pulled up I I stopped right here to talk to her and then kids like the brother's like they're in here fighting still I'm like I didn't know who was involved that's why I stopped talking so we didn't really I didn't hear what happened where you heard they for the was choking her out a fair sentence should consider her history mental state and whether Intervention Program could help prevent future conflicts jail time alone may not resolve deeper family issues okay you got a little the see he was choking me can y'all take him to jail he was trying to kill me he was trying to kill me he laughing about it y'all seen it y'all need to take him to jail I'm pressing charges he got to go bro he messed my whole face up in my NE I can't breathe it I'm telling him he talking about he not focus on him right now all right let's not focus on him they trying to lie on me see the woman was charged with domestic violence her claims of self-defense were disputed leading to her arrest okay want me to do anything sure yeah proce all right just saw how many acorns I stand pun yeah and then she took that one thing right there was about and came in my room yeah how did she get into the room my room I know she just ended up going over there what she doing in there trying to break the other TV with that and then hit me that's why I called 911 oh you soci security number sir yeah I'm not pay my Cardinal come on let's go the eviction I'm not paying my car I got the money right now in my pocket why Sund here's what you can do you can you can get online and do the three day right I know okay I just want to make sure the 3-day put it on the front door right with her name and whoever else she has that lives with her and then if she's still here after that then you get and pay for the thing so wait what do I do online you can get one that say you know that like a a template that says like I need a if you Google like I need a 3-day eviction notice from my tenant and it'll get print show you a form just make sure you use Ohio and then put all the information in there and just post it on the front door take a picture of where's she at she said she had to the hospital yeah but I'm just saying so what it take for them to die for her to get out of here because I'm not going to lie I don't make threats but I'm not taking No More not to where I got a clock out of my job and come check on my mom and my dad she's getting checked and then as long as she's cleared she's going to the county oh she is yeah okay and that girlfriend she can't come back up in here either I don't think she wants to she she shouldn't but either way I'll be here back in a minute I'm packing up all that go she can come get her clothes while I'm here the girlfriend but she cannot come back in here they sleeping under a bridge let them she took her clothes all day she back she was packing most of her stuff we had to call police yesterday yeah what happened yesterday Chang you can call us back do you think domestic violence charges should always result in mandatory counselor right on that line well if it's in your name you're allowed to okay can right tired my parents they get old too much stress his heart run off electricity yep that's perfect too old for that okay okay she can't come back in here she come back in here you so tomorrow morning tomorrow morning you call down to Domestic Relations Court and then they'll give you a time to come in for to get the uh protection order and then may she won't be allowed here at all okay well so does she got to call the victim's assistant or no no no cuz she's already going to court tomorrow tomorrow morning yeah I'm going with you and make sure she fills that out and gets it okay no the when you get there okay yeah so just call domestic relations in the morning like 9:00 a.m. my high high Dom Rel it was a little high it was at like 170 I think that's just kind of from the situation and just from a lot of stuff going on right now you're about the same like 160 okay so I I think that's just kind of from the situation and from just yeah I hate to go back in I was in days I don't blame you I didn't even know you was calling yeah I don't blame Happ to call me I got my resid up in the air on theer machine you don't seem injured at I sit outside it's a little cooler out today that took me last time they yeah I was so scared they R to yeah anything changes you guys seem okay right now so yeah I'm
